Favorite Smells?

Pizza, brownies, charred burgers, cinnamon, peppermint, coffee, old books, and leather. I can't think of anything else at the moment.

The smell of old books is the best. It's almost criminal they're not edible.

Cedar wood and chips smells great. I also like the smell of burning wood on a campfire. That acidic smell of dirty smoke brings back many memories.

I like the smells of nature the most. So...different types of trees (and cut wood). Or the damp smell of a forest. The smell of summer rain. The smell of a christmas tree in the house. Anything that ties back to nature, or just being outside.

Funny enough...when I was a kid, I liked the smell of things like gasoline and diesel fuel. I think this was because there's a certain addictive factor to those smells. My father was always running various machines and making fumes from one thing or another. And now that I'm older, I've come to widely dislike most of those smells...because, I associate them with pollution. I've grown fully aware of what I'm putting in my body as an adult...and polluted air is no exception (which isn't to say that I always make the best decisions about what I consume...but, I do avoid the blatantly toxic things whenever possible).

i feel like this is kinda basic of me but freshly baked bread makes me go nuts it smells so good and i get lost in the longing for some warm fluffy bread in a nice crisp crush it's just *chefs kiss*

also, wet concrete and fresh paint are very nostalgic for me because my family moved houses a lot when i was younger so the smell takes me back to when i was a small kid exploring a our new house that was under construction/being repaired

I love the smell of fresh coffee beans, maple wood, campfires, vanilla, curry, homemade apple cider spice, and different soaps. Being vague with soaps is kind of cheating, but there’s a lot of great soap smells that I don’t remember half of the names of.

Lilacs, rain, chlorine/pools, campfires, lakes, the ocean, peppermint, French toast, wassail, and cinnamon.

Also one of my birds always smells like maple syrup which is insane but I'm in love.

I like a lot of smells but the ones that I can really think off of the top of my head is vanilla, bergamot, coffee beans, and the smell of rain.

I really love the smell of dead autumn leaves.
Sounds weird, but it smells really mild and sweet, like cinnamon.

Cookies & brownies baking, lavender anythin (soap, wash, candles, ect...) coffee beans (thou I very much dislike straight up black coffee) blooming flowers (I used to have kaleidescope four o'clocks) and s'mores.

It's so basic but vanilla scent is like my safe haven I just love the smell so much.

Fresh linen and clean bed sheets is also SUCH a good smell. Reminds me of my mom.

Garlic is also A+. Often times when my husband cooks certain recipes he fragrances the garlic cloves first and I'm yelling in the other room like "mmmm so good!!??" And he's just like "I literally just have garlic in oil" :') delish

Lastly, SPF. Weird. Love it.

I'm obsessed with the strong smell when you're in perfume stores. I know it's not one certain scent, but just the cluster of a million different perfumes is nice. I've heard a lot of people hate the overbearing smell but it actually relaxes me a lot.

I love the smell of smoke, wet dirt, brownies/cookies/chocolate, the chlorine from swimming pools, natural flower scents, citrus, mint, eucalyptus, the salty smell of the ocean, lemongrass, chai, coffee, and cinnamon (and other spices).
