Favorite Smells?

I absolutely adore sweet scents. Freshly baked cookies, cakes, cinnamon rolls, vanilla, caramel, etc. I think they’re so yummy and cozy smelling! Most of my scented candles have either vanilla or caramel scents to them.

I also love fruity scents - strawberries, raspberries, oranges, etc. And peppermint! I’m a sucker for peppermint I think it’s so refreshing.

I like the smell of candle smoke too 😅 my dad doesn’t (which is so odd to me ... he was a smoker for years but can’t stand when candles are blown out?), books, and clean laundry.

I love the smell of fresh air too - like when you’re able to open all your windows in the house so it just makes it smell fresh? I love that. Similarly the smell after it rains is always so nice too. 🥰

Coffee. Sugary scents. My cat. Cold, fiery smells in the fall/winter air. The smell of fried food.

I really like floral smells, in particular lavender as I find it quite a relaxing smell when trying to sleep. Another smell that helps me relax is almond and honey, I first smell it in a body lotion when I was young and instantly loved it, it’s quite a sweet smell but is still really nice.

There are also a lot of fruity smells I like such as anything that has a lemon or strawberry scent, I find them refreshing and these smells are especially good during the summer.

Cooking smells are also usually really good, especially if it’s home cooked, with my favourite ones been freshly baked bread and my dads homemade paella which both always smell lovely and leave me very hungry.
