Favorite Smells?

Lilacs. They don't stay for long, but they smell so sweet.

Salt. I mean, ocean smells in the air. It's hard to describe just what it smells like, possibly because I'm constantly around it. I don't notice it, but if I go away, I miss it. And when I get back, that first tang in the air tells me I'm home.

I love the smell of freshly baked bread or cookies! Also any Christmas scented candles.

Sounds dumb but I like the smell of wet ground lol. Also, spiced apple is a wonderful smell no matter what time of year it is

The smell of fried mushrooms always make my mouth water. I know many people hate mushrooms but I love them (though only cooked not raw). The smell of them cooking is on a whole nother level for me for some reason. I know that smell from a mile away.

I really love the smell of fresh sawdust. Reminds me a lot of the woodshops I was in during high school.

I have a lot of favorite smells, but the smell of crayons is one of the strangest favorite scents I find very pleasant.

Anything with apples, or bananas.
And, this is obscure, but those brown paper towels in public restrooms, because they bring me back to being in preschool and drying my hands with them. The smell is sorta like my guilty pleasure (and i don’t think it’ll ever go away).

Sense I live out west their isn’t anything like campfires out east it’s just so calm and warm I love it so much

almond mint soap, freshly brought items, and the crisp winter air ...

Evergreen, sea, wood, boiling maple syrup, bread, tomato plants, basil, rosemary, anise, books, rain, snow, sand, cooking rice

In the the weird category: algae

My favorite scents include fresh laundry, coffee, lavender and my partner's cologne. :lemon:

so many things! freshly cut grass is a classic, clean washing, the smell of the ground after it's rained. since working in a coffee shop last year i've grown to love the smell of fresh coffee. oh bonfires! although I like it less when the smoke scent refuses to wash out of my clothes

I really like this vanilla coconut beach candle I have. I also like this scent of dishsoap I have called "sweet water" a lot. For some reason it reminds me of when I was little, maybe that was the soap we used or something.

I really like eucalyptus and spearmint, it really relaxes me and helps with stress relief. I also really like the smell of coffee too.

Clean laundry/bedding, the back of my cat and dog's heads, petrichor (the smell of rain), and ripe strawberries

When I was younger, one of my favourite smells was the smell coming from the sewers which I didn't know at the time. After figuring out where it came from years later, that smell quickly dropped out of my favourites. So my new favourite smell would probably be cinnamon.

Coffee, homemade bread and when it's cold outside. Hope you understand what I mean by the last one, it's not easy to explain. ✿
