Although I find Halloween to be more fun and sort of an adventure with trick or treating, I enjoy Christmas more. The whole atmosphere where everything's cozy, time with loved ones and bringing people together, Christmas music and lights, and so many other things make me love Christmas more.

It's so weird like it just makes everything feel warm even though it's during the cold season.🤔

Halloween :3 it's spooky, fun, and i like seeing everyone's costumes/making my own

Christmas is sort of ruined for me with all of the commercialism and religion mixed in. I have no problem with religion, (actually i think it's really beautiful) but I hate having it shoved down my throat.. I had enough of that within my family. I don't mind the tree worship so much haha I like trees and they give us oxygen. I also love seeing all of the decorations and lights <3

I love the concept/aesthetics of Halloween but I have never celebrated it, as that's not as common in Europe. It feels like a fairly recent commercial import although a decent/pretty one.

Christmas is way more important to me for the celebration with my family (I live in a different country than them now and we don't always see each other for Christmas but at least it's a thing). Also I love Christmas aesthetics and the activities around it like Christmas markets, so Christmas all the way.

i would prefer halloween over christmas if i were younger and still going out trick or treating. no one has come to our house for a few years since its tucked away in a small area, so we have no reason to buy candy for others. christmas is always nice and cozy, my birthday is also 5 days after.

Christmas, it's a really big deal in my country compared to Halloween, which is not celebrated nearly as much. I've got some really nice memories of Christmas and overall it's just a nice, festive time. All I usually do on Halloween is watch Over the Garden Wall and maybe eat some spooky themed snacks.

New Years Eve is great too, my family celebrates it almost like a more low-key, second Christmas.

Even though I myself am for Christmas all the way, I'm honestly kind of surprised that Christmas has more votes. Don't know why... Oh, well. The more, the Merry-er! 🎄

(Why is there no candy cane emoji yet? :( The most quintessential holiday candy, and smartphone coders haven't even added it! 😤)

I voted Christmas, because that’s my usual answer. This year, however, I’m not really in the Christmas-y spirit.

Christmas :) I love the all the lights and decorations. Snow is so pretty too if there isn't too much of it!

Halloween hands down! Although christmas is a very warm and cozy holiday, halloween is my favorite. Im obsessed with everything horror/cryptid/obscure/psychedelic and halloween is perfect for that hyperfixation lol. I love how gimmicky and easy to swallow halloween has made things like witches, vampires, werewolves, etc. since its really fascinating stuff! also i just passionately love folklore/tales and wish i went to college to study it ok

I love them both but I lean more towards Halloween because of my edgy side lol.

I like Christmas because it's literally a month long and I just like to get people thoughtful gifts and all of the activities that come along with it. I don't mind Halloween but that's only because I'm a college student lol, but in replacement of Halloween this year I spent the night with two of my friends who stayed home from college and we watched scary movies and ate candy/snacks which was way more fun in my opinion.

Hmm l like both but more of the Christmas side🎄

Just love the decorations for Christmas, getting gifts for others, eating at a big dinner party, it's around winter, and plus my birthday is in December.

Halloween is my jam. I love halloween, dressing up, giving candy and going to nights out and parties! it's SO much fun, like a cosplay but the whole world is involed (perhaps not the whoooole world but you know what I mean) and sometimes there are contests and prizes to be had, which is an awesome bonus to an already awesome spooky holiday! I also tend to enjoy the spookier side of things myself, horror movies, horror games, intense music. I'm a big musical fan.

i prefer halloween, my mum doesn't force me to visit my aunt on halloween unlike christmas
👁👄👁

but seriously, i don't go trick or treating but i do like dressing up to stay home and eat sweets while watching a movie
not a horror though, i normally end up watching disney lol

I love both holidays but my heart definitely belongs to Christmas. I love it so darn much, lol. I absolutely adore decorating, it makes me so happy. If I had my way we would put the tree up right after Remembrance Day but generally we wait until December. I love the other decorations too! The lights (my town puts up lights and it's my favourite thing), snow globes, snowmen, little knick-knacks like fancy candle holders, and we've got a few bigger Christmas pieces too. I'd love to have a Christmas town but we haven't got the room for it and I just know my cats would use it to play Godzilla, lol. The music, movies, and treats are so lovely, too! I just really love the general spirit/vibe of Christmas. I know it's not for everybody but something about it just makes me so happy.

Halloween is also a lot of fun I just find that a good bit of the Halloween fun comes from parties which aren't my thing. I like decorating, watching Halloween movies, and of course handing out Halloween candy as well but Christmas is my favourite between the two.

I love both holidays a lot, but I choose Christmas. I love the whole atmosphere of Christmastime, it just feels so cozy and makes me so happy. Plus, all the Christmas activities, like baking and gift exchanges, are more fun and exciting to me.

I voted for Halloween just because I love anything spooky and supernatural and that it perfectly coincides with my favourite season of the year too. However here in the UK Halloween isn't as big as the US (lucky buggers) nonetheless it's still fun buying themed chocolate, seeing all the decorations in shops and is a great reminder Christmas isn't far behind.
