Have they confirmed how many Villagers in the Island?

No problem! The expansion thing sounds cool. I wonder how they would expand an island though. Maybe that's a job for Resetti? Also, based on your image it does seem the island can house many residents.

I've always thought the bigger the map the better. ACGC's map was huge and I wish/hope it's as big, or at least as big as ACCF, but I understand that they may have developing restrictions or something.

I wouldn't mind more villagers; maybe 15 is ideal for me. It would be harder to keep up with everyone, but it would give the game more of a community feel.

I'm thinking Resetti will work underground in a cave where we could also dive as well as mine for gemstones.
I was thinking that Chip may be the one to sculpt our rivers since he's a bever and that's their job irl, and he's passed the tourney torch onto Chip Jr. I'm thinking a Gyroid will run a quarry above ground... But I'm really hoping The AC team show us some more so we can start planning ahead haha ٩꒰ʘʚʘ๑꒱۶

I think they're definitely exploring their roots and so the huge map for AC GameCube can be realised again! ♡♡♡

Ah yeah I forgot about those features from PC. There's no mention of any of those things yet, hopefully that's info that Nintendo's withholding for a reveal!!

Well, that's only the Gyroid from PC... Resetti and Chip are just the conclusion I arrived to thinking what the next logical step was for them (•́ ॣ?̫ ॣ•̀,)՞

Also don't forget, there's the potential of other islands. Maybe a private cabana

I know people have done analysis on the map size, but until the game comes out, I think we shouldn't assume the map is only a little bigger than New Leaf. We won't know until the game is out. I am holding out hope it is quite a big larger. I'm also hoping we can expand the island as it has been rumored.

I really hope we get to increase villagers to 15. 10 is so limiting. I want to be able to have my favorites and rotate other villagers to experience others.
