like, is every part of your island connected by a bridge/incline, or do you have places you need a ladder or vaulting pole for? is there any part that's completely inaccessible? are there any parts that are connected with a bridge or incline, but it's more convenient to use a ladder/vaulting pole?

my island is completely connected and i don't even carry ladders/poles any more, but my sister's island has multiple layers and like 2 inclines total and it's a lot faster to just use a ladder at hers. curious as to what everyone else's islands are like.

My island is completely accessible. I do not like ladders and poles or shimming.
the only places un-assessable are decorated places that I don’t really need to go or be at, they’re just there To look pretty.

My island is totally accessible except for one key area. Honestly it’s not something I could have anticipated either. I built my neighborhood in front of Redd’s beach before Redd was in the game. There’s no space for an incline or anything so I dropped a ladder behind one of the houses. It really bugs me! But it would be so time consuming and expensive to correct that I’ve chosen to leave it as is.

Mine is easy to navigate. There are small cliffs with a few trees and flowers that you need a ladder to reach, but there's not really a reason to go up there

Not all of it so far. I thought you meant accessible as in if there is too much clutter. And I am trying to avoid that at all costs. Some of the dream addresses look great, but you can't actually go into the spots because they're so bunched in. I don't want that to be my DA when I upload it. 'Look (from afar) but don't touch'

The northern side doesn't have any inclines yet. I will do that spot later. Or maybe never and I will just drop a ladder for someone to use if I do a DA. I want the top to be more nature and less developed.

My island is 100% accessible minus where my museum used to be on the cliff. I've been too lazy to terraform it but there's literally nothing there right now anyway

The only part that you need a ladder for is the secret beach. I put my house on the cliff in front of it before we got Redd and I was planning on it being my own private beach, so I didn't make plans to add an incline to it.

The only place I need a ladder is to get to the secret beach, as you can't build inclines there.

For mine there’s some decorative areas that are sort of just for show that you need a ladder to reach because there’s not enough stairs T_T

Gahahahah...complete accessibility doesn’t exist on Evwirt.

For real though, I wanted to keep my island as feral as possible, so I only have one bridge for the entire island. anything beyond my starting area/visitor center requires a vaulting pole and ladder to access. Sure, it can be tedious at times, but I feel it fits the theming better than if I had a bunch of ramps and bridges connecting everything.

((Don’t worry, I do supply a vault pole and ladder for those brave enough to venture into the woods.))

If you terraform a little bit further, you can add an incline. Your island is probably already filled so it'd take a lot of moving around to take a little section away. I saw someone on twitter do that. They also trapped themselves on the secret beach because Lloyd/the barrier blocked them in. This was before the diving update.

As I said, an incline can't be built there.

It's a clifftop pond and waterfall.

I'm not destroying anything to terraform something I don't want or need.

There's a path that goes right to the beach, where I climb down from.

It's all rock.

You CAN demolish the cliff in front, though, if you want- I did and I ended up LOVING how it turned out.

Anyway, my island is pretty well accessible. I have a single ledge that has flower that you need a ladder for, and sometimes I use a ladder as a shortcut up it (since otherwise I'd have to walk quite a ways to go across a bridge and up a couple of inclines). My island COULD be more accessible... but I really had to pick and choose where to put inclines because we're limited 😒 On the other hand, I have way less bridges then inclines. I wish we were allowed 16 inclines + bridges (so I could do, say, 6 bridges and 10 inclines) instead of 8 of each (or whatever it is).

Pretty accessible. The only place that would require a ladder to access would be for redd’s. I liked keeping it a secret beach/access since he’s smuggling in fake arts.

The way you wrote your message made it seem like you weren't aware that you could do that (If you wanted to)

I'm not demolishing my clifftop waterfall and pond!

It's perfect the way it is and I'm not demolishing an incline I actually need, to build one that I don't want or need.

I am aware.

I'm still working on a lot of parts of my island, but most areas are accessible with a few that require a ladder. I don't plan on having an incline up to the moon pond that I made as it'd be in the way.

OH! Sorry, I thought you meant you were looking for an alternative! My bad.
I also knew it took me awhile to figure out you could demolish it, so I wasn't sure.

Well, it is and isn't. It's supposed to be an "adventure" island filled with danger. I make sure everything flows well but you do need your ladder.

I do have cliffs that don't really need to be climbed unless you want access to ponds but like I said, I want people to clamber haphazardly on my island and get lost.
