How do I create a poll?

I'm sick of searching. I see the "Post a Poll" thing in additonal options, but I'm not getting anywhere. Can someone please give me a detailed description of the poll-creation process?

when you creat a new thread, scroll down & you'll see a checkbox for post a poll, then type in the number of choices, make your thread then it will ask you to make the poll after you submit
