How do you feel about the ACNH music?

The music of all other Animal Crossing games has such a nostalgic feeling, even upon first listen. This new music is..ok but in my opinion not nearly as captivating. What are your thoughts? I'm sure there will be different variants of the music we've heard throughout the game, but I'm not super excited about it thus far.

it’s a lot summery compared to the other games, which makes sense since we’re on an island. i don’t hate it but i don’t exactly love it, either.

I get Population Growing vibes from it, so it resonates with me a bit considering my personal attachment to Population Growing.

Omg i personally LOVE it ... it's my favorite music so far. I love how you can hear actual instruments and I love the trumpet and acoustic guitar. It's so relaxing and reminds me of the music in Finding Nemo or something

I liked what I heard, but I didn't feel like I got a great feel of what the music will be like. I wasn't in love with New Leaf's hourly music, so it's not going to disappoint me if the music is meh in New Horizons. I'm just still attached to the Wild World music, so what would have really blown me away would be if they gave us the option to switch the hourly music for our island to that from the past games.

I think they're pretty fun and catchy, but so far nothing's given me that nostalgic, chill vibe that Wild World had.
It'd be really cool if there were sound options so you could play previous soundtracks (similar to Dragon Quest 11 letting you play the Dragon Quest 8 overworld theme).

I didn't pay too much attention to it, but one song that stood out to me just didn't seem suitable for the game. The song wasn't really relaxed or represented a certain time (like nighttime or midday) for me, but maybe that was just a song for an odd hour to play at.

Yes! that's the exact one I loved the sound of too. I generally like the sound of the music tbh. I never really found any AC to be bad when it comes to music.

I like what I've heard so far, but it's hard to judge as of right now. I'm really interested in hearing the whole daily soundtrack together and judging from there.

I too get a nostalgic feel from the music. The title for some reason reminds me a lot of the Wild World theme. I like the inclusion of synths because it sounds something Game Cube or Wild World-esque with a modern tropical twist. It really fits the vibe imo

I LOVE the music so much. It's reminiscent to the original Animal Crossing.
But I'm worried about the night themes, I don't know if they'll be as nice as NL's and WW's since it seems pretty upbeat from the trailer (the scene with the night and dangerous creatures bit; the rest of the stuff is probably the day music which is perfect).
