I've never been particularly sporty and don't do a lot of exercise but I really enjoy walking and go on many walks with my dogs so that's my usual form off exercise. I used to go the gym quite a lot with my sister but then we both had a lot of other commitments and then with gyms been closed during the pandemic we stopped going, though I'd always pick a scenic walk over the gym.

I understand that exercising is supposed to be very important, but I feel like I ain't in the right environment nor the right part of my life to start exercising. It brings me down but hopefully when college is over, I can pursue a gym membership and beef myself all up.
