Due to the coronavirus and staying up until 5am every night, it has me wondering how other people like to sleep.
Do you like the tv on or off?
Right side of the bed or left?
Door open or closed?
Music or no music?
Back, side, or stomach?
I want to hear it all!

TV on with the volume off for background.
Center of the bed.
Door closed.
No music.
On my side.
Also, I sleep with the light on as well if I’m by myself. It’s not that I can’t sleep with the light off, it’s just that I’m so used to sleeping with the light on that I’ve never really changed it up, lmao. Not healthy to be honest and kind of weird, so I wouldn’t recommend it.

TV on so I have something to focus on
I sleep on the couch right now :p Usually right side tho!
Door either way
No music, sometimes will swap TV for asmr
Usually side, sometimes stomach, never back

TV off. Been off for months.
Center of the bed.
Door open (for my cat)
Music on (but in very low volume)
Stomach.
I also sleep on call with my bf to feel relaxed.

i sleep to sad songs
random corner of my bed
on my stomache
door locked
bathroom light on if i just finished a horror movie lol

i like the tv on - i always have greys anatomy playing when i go to sleep lol

usually it’s the right side but sometimes i’ll manage to sleep on the left side

my doors always closed as i like my privacy

no music - i’ve never fallen asleep with music playing, only a tv show / movie

i always sleep on my side or stomach :p

TV needs to be off.
Left side, since it's connected to the wall.
Door closed.
Music sometimes when I can't find a peaceful moment.
On my left side.
I also rest my left arm on my pillow, but another one on it and then my head on that.

TV off.
Closest to the wall.
Door closed (unless one of my cats is with me).
No music (usually).
Side or stomach.

In near total darkness, thick blanket
Usually 1 pillow or no pillow at all, unless my sinuses are being a *****, then it's two pillows
Trying to sleep on my side, sleeping on my stomach is so comfy but so bad for my back
My husband has to have some quiet background noise and suoer cold, so the AC covers both of that

TV off (unless I've read or watched something scary recently lmao) in the center of the bed. I sleep with a bunch of pillows and stuffed animals around me, with my comforter and then at least two extra blankets. I usually fall asleep on my side but wake up on my back. My cat likes to sleep in the bed with me.

Tv on with low sound
Middle of the bed and I tend to roll around a lot at night :/
Door closed
Typically no music, but I do find that it helps me sleep, so maybe I should listen more :p
Side and stomach

As someone else mentioned, I do watch a lot of asmr to help me relax and get sleepy c: I also always sleep with a blanket on and prefer a colder temperature (which is proven to be better for sleep so :p)

Pitch black (any light from phones makes it harder for me to sleep)
No noise either
Right side of the bed
On my side or on my front
1 pillow (flat not puffy)
Door ALWAYS closed, and en suite too bcos my tooth brush charging light keeps me awake otherwise
Black out curtains to stop any light from our windows

My favourite sleeping position is to basically hug my boyfriend from behind (almost like I’m his backpack haha) but he hates it so I rarely get to sleep like that!! I’ve been compared to a tropical fish before because I’m so specific about how I sleep, and I can’t get to sleep unless everything is perfectt

Silence is preferred but because my bf snores, I like to have the fan/rainy mood on to help drown out the sound. I like any side of the bed but I'm for sure a side sleeper. Light off and door shut preferred but I can fall asleep eitherway with that.

I sleep in a dark room with a small nightlight, not because I'm afraid of the dark but it helps me get around if I wake up in the middle of night and need to get up for something. I don't have a working TV in the room and I don't listen to music, although I can fall asleep with those things on if necessary. I currently sleep on the right side of my bed but that's subject to change anytime I move based on how I set my bed up. I can only fall asleep on my back, but I almost always wake up on my side. My dog also sleeps with me, usually curled up near my legs or feet. I sleep with the door open as it's just me, my husband, and my dog so there's no need for privacy.

I sleep with a sheet and comforter on the bed at all times because I hate being cold, but if it's really warm I will kick my feet out from under the covers. I can't sleep without something covering the rest of my body, though.

tv off
left side of bed
DOOR CLOSED
no music
either stomach or side, but most often stomach

Have to have x2 pillows, 2 blankets layered in a specific order, have a certian pillow I have to hug, room darkened, door closed/locked. Can sometimes listen to podcast or OST music but usually white noise like a fan/air conditioner is better.

My sleep routine is always the same. I go to sleep with my TV on, two fans going (one on each side of me), laying on my right side, with my blankets in between my knees. My lights are turned off, I sleep in the middle of my bed, I sleep with my door closed and I don't listen to music.

Pre-bed routine is usually to browse Tumblr on my phone until I'm sleepy or I run out of new content.
Then I set my phone to silent, put it on to charge, and set my apple watch sleep app on manual to track my sleep.

Left side of the King bed I share.
On my side, usually wake up on my back.
With a fan on, so I can pile blankets on because I like the weight, and I like to be toasty but not hot when I sleep.
Door open so the cats can come in and out.
With a humidifier in the winter, though more recently we've kept it on because my partner thinks it helps with my snoring.
