How many hours do you usually sleep for?

On a good night I'll sleep 9 hours. On a really good night, I'll sleep 10-12. On a bad night, I'll sleep 4 hours.
 
I usually sleep about seven hours per night, but sometimes I sleep longer, like if I had a particularly strenuous week and I have the day off.
 
It varies at the moment, last night I slept like a log but other nights I struggle to even get just 4 hours in me when my noisy neighbour decides to make a racket all through the night. He's either chatting away on the phone, have friends over (mind you the UK is still in lockdown!) or the TV is insanely loud. Slowly getting fed up with it to be honest. I cherish the quiet nights.
 
I usually sleep for 7 hours on average, but it can vary between 5-8 I'd say
 
I sleep between 3 to 6 hours 😭 My eyes are constantly bloodshot and I have perpetual dark circles under my eyes because of this. Can't help it though.. I can't seem to sleep earlier...
 
I try to get 9 hours of sleep, but it's usually more like 7 and a half..
its not that bad but I just am so tired anyway.
 
right now i can't function on less than 5. i really don't know how i stayed up until 4am watching anime or reading and then got up at 6am to get ready for high school back in the day. 2 hours of sleep before an 8 hour day and then homework? could not be me anymore.
 
insomnias a pain so i usually don't fall asleep till 5 to 6am? and then i usually get up at like 12-1pm. soooo 6ish hours?
 
Usually right around 8, though it's been more like 9-10 hours a night since March. Everything is exhausting now 😖
 
I usually get between 7-8 hours every night now. I don't know how I got through university on 6 hours of sleep while being in class/studying for 70-80 hours a week... I get exhausted so easily since I've left school.
 
Usually around 8 hours. Sometimes if I have to get up earlier it'll be 5-6 hours, but I try to avoid that.
 
It used to be 8, but I fricked up my sleep schedule in the past week I had a break, and I can't seem to go back! I think I get about 6-7 hours now, but I just want to go back to falling asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow. I can only hope and force myself to go to bed, so I'll start soon because my break is over and I cannot afford to be sleep deprived during class. I say this as I'm writing at 11:54 PM, so I have to go to bed.
 
I usually get around 7 hours. But since I don't have a proper schedule right now, I don't always sleep at the same time. Most days, I go to bed 12 AM or 1 AM. Other days, it's 10 PM or 11 PM. Sometimes, I'll really push it to 2 AM or 3 AM (like I did a couple nights ago), but then I feel pretty much dead the next day. In which case, I'll go to bed earlier that night. But yeah, in general, I kind of suck at setting a routine, haha...
 
According to my Fitbit, anywhere from 5-10 hours a night. Yet I still never feel rested lol
 
i usually fall asleep around 4 am and i have to wake up at 8 am for school so i only get 4 hours on weekdays :/
but i go to sleep around the same time on weekends but i wake up at like 4 pm so i end up sleeping 12 hours lol
 
Anywhere between 7-10? Really depends on the day and how late I was up the night before
 
3-5 hours most of the time. My anxiety is crazy bad in the evening and that does not help at all.
 
Since I take sleeping pills, I usually sleep anywhere between 8 to 10 hours everyday. Sometimes I struggle to sleep though so I end up losing a bit of sleep.
