Yes! All you can do is to not use the pictures for the clothes. It looks much neater if you just type out what she's wearing c:

@Aithycou - like Sugarella said, typing out the clothes is a good idea.
But, contrary to what she said, I think you should actually leave the pictures in as well. I find that ref sheets normally look A LOT nicer with pictures of each outfit piece on them. The only problem is that yours are placed in a slightly messy way, so I suggest placing them in a completely horizontal line and then typing the details below/above the images depending on which area has more space :-]

I think I need to work with a different shape for that...

^ Not necessarily, I think it'll fit fine if you put them in a horizontal line under "Very fun, nice, and energetic".
Though if not, resizing the clothes images would be the way to go.

I'm trying a leaf now. Currently deleting the background.

Try making it bigger?
It seems way too crowded now.

I feel like the images aren't done too well
Maybe add a border around them and put them in neater order? >.<

I'd say

Add more personality traits.

Move all of the pictures except the bit one to the right, out of the leaf and have it nicley arranged on the sides
