How often do you get street passes?

I don't bring my 3DS out with me very often. I do live in the second smallest province of Canada, so even when I do take it out I might cross 1-3 people if I am lucky. Haha. Not that it does me much good. Most people already had less puzzle pieces then I did at a certain point.

I never get any. But then again, I don't carry my 3DS around with me much. I did bring it to my college once and streetpassed someone! Link from Hyrule, so creative LOL. Glad to know someone actually plays 3DS in my city. It seems like nobody does.

I took my ds out last year to test it and nothing happened.

I felt stupid, a grown man carrying a ds.

I used to get them fairly often, but I almost never bring it with me anymore. I can't remember the last time I got a streetpass, I wouldn't be surprised if it was over a year ago at this point.

Never... Like the only time I took my 3DS with me was when I used to take the train with other kids! But since I always leave my Ds at home I never get street passes. Sometimes I meet my neighbour but that's pretty much all!

I rarely take my 3DS out any more. Since getting the Switch I don't really use the 3DS very much, just don't have the time to be playing PC, Switch and 3DS. I struggle to find a couple of hours for any gaming nowadays. I remember back a few years ago I could easily get 4 or 5 in an hour or so walking around town, I highly doubt I'd get more than 1 now.

Very rarely, unless there's a convention in town, and even then it's still rare unless it's Comicon. That being said, I try to take it around with me everywhere just in case.

At this point, almost never. I bring my 3DS out less and less, and when I do, there's not nearly as many people out with another system. It still happens sometimes, but it's not anywhere close to the amount I used to get.

I take my 3ds with me every day, but rarely leave the WiFi signal on to get streetpasses or even steps. I own 8 systems, so every now and then, I turn them all on and get hits from each other. Was just wondering what the streetpass scene was like in Japan now.

I took for a while my 2DS with me whenever I was outside for shopping or so to see if I maybe get any Streetpass. The result: Nothing, not even a single one. Guess nobody cares for Streetpass anymore, at least here in my home town. :(

I haven't received street passes since a few years ago, but that's also because I don't carry around my 3ds as often as I should.

I've barely ever gotten Streetpasses over the years, even in the earlier days when Animal Crossing: New Leaf was more popular. Even going to heavily trafficked locations, barely ever anything. Fortunately I did get enough of them to have a few houses in that showcase on Main Street in New Leaf, at least. I think it's safe to say it's probably been zero for a few years at this point.

The last time I got a Streetpass was like three years ago when I was in undergrad, and I feel like I got more Streetpasses when I was on college campuses. I don't actively carry my 3DS with me now though so I have no idea if other people still do it. Guess the 3DS isn't as relevant as it used to be?

When I take my 3DS around the city, not many. Maybe a couple a month at best. However, when I went through a big airport in the summer, I got five on a Wednesday morning over the course of three hours alone! I wish the Switch had something like Streetpass.

I used to get one daily as the man down the block had a 3DS. Now, I never receive any. I take it out into public every day, but never get that notification that I've streetpassed someone. I don't know if that means nobody has a 3DS/2DS or if it means that everyone in my town is boring.

i basically get none now, haha, but in my hay day i got maybe 1 a month

I think the SPs died along with the 3DS's popularity. I used to get so many StreetPasses on a daily basis, even when I was just relaxing at home. Now I'm lucky if I even get 1 going out daily for a month. (Then again not many folks around here really dig Nintendo consiles.) It's kind of sad, I guess, since it means the 3DS is pretty much dead and the Switch has taken its place. I'm sure going to miss the games it had and the convenience of carrying it around.
