How Often Do You Send Letters?

I used to a lot but I've been slacking lately...I actually bought some of my uh. "fashion-challenged" villagers some new shirts but I've yet to send them out...

lol this is the only reason why i write letters.

I'm trying to make letter sending a part of my daily routine because I really, really want the gold badge but sometimes I forget so its mostly a few times a week for me.

I usually do it daily or weekly, but mainly daily. I'm trying to get the badge for sending letters; plus, it bonds me and my lovely villagers closer together!
So basically, there's a letter sent every day, either just because or thanking someone for coming over. :3 I love sending letters!

I used to send letters every few days when I was trying to get my villagers' pictures and they were refusing to give me errands to do. I've stopped since, though I'll still drop a letter now and then when I want them to change their clothes.

I write letters nearly everyday (actual ones, not just, "Hi here's a letter I don't like you bye!"). I actually find it pretty fun. I always send thank you letters whenever they invite me over or whenever they come over to my place. I always send welcome letters whenever I get a new villager. And I always attach a present.

I rarely send out letters unless I feel like buying gifts and mailing them out. I write actual notes to my villagers though so I have to think of something unique to say each time. I'd feel weird just typing the same random sentences to my villagers.

I'd send letters if it meant my villagers would wear decent clothes again. >< I used to send them to villagers I hated to tell them to move out before I started using the TT trick.
I occasionally send letters. Not very often, though.

I write my village letters two or three times a week, so I guess I'm somewhere between daily and weekly. I always make sure to attach a small present though (flowers, shirt, etc.) so that they usually send something back.

Couple times a week. I've gotten one badge. Need to start including presents but they all complained the one time I did. Don't like sending to some because they think I am smitten.

Never, and I have five of my current residents pictures. I may have to start doing it, though, so that I can get my badges for it.

I do it daily because I like the constant influx of crap they send me. Every so often, it's something really great too. If not, I sell it or re-gift it to someone else. There's a few threads about letter writing algorithms in AC, how many words you write yields a different category of gift. You can search them, they're here somewhere... So I just type like one word/line and send some junk off

My villagers like to write me letters when I haven't written to them in a long time. I feel bad when that happens so I'll end up writing them back. So, I'll probably write more that 2 or 3 times a week.

I used to just respond to their letters all the time and welcome the newly moved in, now it's about weekly I'll buy 1 thing of 4 and just send to whoever I can make up 4 stories for quickest. xP

I'm not sure how to answer based on the poll answers since it's situational instead of periodical. Every time a dream villager moves to my town, I send them a letter and gift the day their plot appears in my town. Otherwise, I mail them letters with gifts when I'm trying to fix the furniture in their house.
