Mine's pretty good other than the weekends. On weekdays I go to sleep around 11/12 and wake up at 6:30 so I usually get at least 6 hours of sleep every night.
Much better now that I have a full time job. I used to go to bed at like 3 am which was awful cause I would sleep most of the morning. Now I go to bed at midnight and wake up at 7 am and go to work. I like the mornings, being up with the sun makes me feel energized
I usually go to bed late, mostly around 2 am and I don't wake up until around 10 in the morning. There are times I sleep early if I don't feel like doing my usual thing and just want to get to the next day quicker.
it’s all over the place tbh. i had a really nice sleep schedule when i was younger. i still liked staying up too late and sleeping in all day, and i still had the occasional restless night, but i slept well and deeply, and without the help of any medications. i was so proud of being able to fall asleep and stay asleep on my own, as my parents (especially my mother) were reliant on sleepaids to knock them out. they still are. i’m alike them in so many ways, especially bad ones, that i was happy to be without at least one of their negative traits.
now, my sleep schedule varies night by night. some nights i fall asleep around 8pm, other nights i don’t get to bed until 2-5am. some nights i sleep well, deeply and without too many wakes in-between, other nights i wake up every 30 mins-2 hours covered in sweat and irritable for some reason. i’ve slept pretty well the past 2 days or so. the summer heat is finally upon us, which means i’m been hot, sweaty, and sleepy but overtired in my room a lot, but it finally evaporated a bit this weekend. it’s still insanely hot and hard to fall asleep, but once i get there i’m able to sleep deeply and for a while without waking up. i’m groggy and cranky when i do, though, which sucks lol. i’m also reliant on sleepaids and/or weed to make me tired enough to fall asleep most nights. some nights i’m tired enough to fall asleep on my own, but that’s a luxury now. it’s a shame, since my best sleeps are usually unmedicated.
I suppose it's alright, I feel like it has been way too strict since I started working (and getting my Asperger diagnosis, it's like you adapt to that than letting yourself stay up or something).
It was good until a couple of nights ago when I have been waking up around 2 or 3 am. But generally I sleep somewhere from 10 pm or 11pm and get up around 7 am or 8 am unless I am feeling bad I may sleep in until 9 am or 10 am or just take a nap later in the afternoon if I don't sleep in. When I worked I only slept like 2 to 6 hours a day at most and felt awful. My norm then was about 4 hours.
Sleep is all over the place. I share a room with my sibling who doesn't know what sleep is so when I sleep is at the mercy of when they sleep. You might think I could just sleep through it but trust me I tried and only ended up joining their all nighter.
