If it's owned by her, then it doesn't matter. Just don't use it, and you won't get in trouble.
If the mods do happen to mistake it for an alt, just let them know it's your sister's.

By notifying the staff, you both should be okay. At least it was when my brother used to be active, just contact one of them or use that new board.
I'm guessing because they could have the same IP address and the staff might suspect them as the same person?
Or maybe shes really young, and needs a bit of help?
You should be fine making another account as long as it's for your sister, and you won't be using it
If she's too young to make an account, then she's probably too young to be on these forums. I think people are supposed to be at least 13 to be on this site. I know there are younger users than that, but if someone is incapable of making their own account, then that's probably a sign of being way too young to be on this site.
Just PM one of us with her username so we can make a note of it. We'll only warn/infract after that point if we have reason to believe you are using the account yourself or detect any other suspicious behaviour.
