im ready to kill my firewall

Well, I am one of those poor saps who's dad has put up a firewall on the router. He won't take it down and its driving me MAD!!! no one can get to my twon! I can't go to other towns!! but wort of all, i can't get DLC!!!!! If ANY ONE has a solution to this I will forever be greatfull to you...

well for s start in ur note about your FC you should take 'I HAVE WIFI!' off it & sencond of all you can get some1 2 get rid of the fire wall or but a USB connecter for Wifi then he cant stop it

I had that problem at first! But I figured out how to adjust the settings on the router/firewall...ask if your dad can set it at medium...instead of High protection!

or just find your Wii's IP address and use Port Forwarding.

If you can, allow these ports to be allowed through the firewall:

28910, 29900, 29901, 29920, 80, and 443

EDIT: Their the ports for the Wii.

You don't need them unless you have something blocking your Wii.

Also, forgot to say that the ports are TCP.

Also once again:

UDP:
Allow all traffic to all destinations. (Necessary for peer-to-peer connections and game play).

Go on the computer and turn it off yourself. That's what I did. Why did your Dad put firewall up in the first place. It sucks.
