Wow. Lucky. At a store at Legoland, you can buy old pieces that have retired.
yeah, i want to go there pretty bad...get some of the WAY old Pirates... those ones ruled

^_^

When I went to Disneyland in the summer. I wanted to go there too because it was so close to disneyland. It would take about an hour long tour bus to get there. That's it. from disneyland that is. We went to seaworld though. I don't why we could not go to legoland.

My favorite sets ever were (and are) probably the town themes.

:) I love those, and I once made a huge town with roads and all the stuff. ^__^

I can relate in a way, my dad is over 40, and he has an old box of legos that he played with when he was a kid, in the 60s. We still have them, I checked. I though they were sold when we moved to my new house. Sometime I'll dig them up, it's been years since I last played with them.

I loved the original Bionicle, aliens, the town ones (with the cops and stuff), and the artic and western ones too. I remember in like 1st grade i got sick and stayed home, and during my dad's lunch break he came home with a huge 500 pc. alien ufo set, i loved it so much!

The biggest set I ever got was the Droid Developer's Kit. I wanted the other one, with the yellow computer, or the RCX. It rocked, but you couldn't program it. I lost a lot of the pieces when my sister mixed it with her giant set of legos.

i liked the original lego racers too, especially because they were fun and only like $2.00 each.
