Okay so we have this fight between Aron and cory. Both are being pretty emotional(Cory pressing a bit too hard and Aron taking it too hard) and it's honestly just a distraction. I'm not a fan of Cory's constant,"I'm one of the few people who are scumhunting" ego when you've haven't stated any reason for any of your reads besides "I think they are because of meta and gut feelings". Pointing out suspicious posts and behavior is scumhunting, not by tunneling someone and start a emotional fight. Both of you need to tone it down with the posting because I wasted my time reading your bickering.
Given that we know Daniel was scum, this reads to me as "hey Cory back off my nub". I think Daniel was just understating the whole thing as a 'distraction' to try move the conversation away from Aron's daft claim. Alexi barely posted during Aron & Cory's exchange, and note that after Daniel posted this Aron finally shut up with their constant talk of being the doctor. I'm wondering if Daniel came online, saw what was happening in the thread, and decided to give him a scolding in scum QT.
Yeah, after reading through the past couple pages (40 posts per page so it's not a lot), it really *SEEMS* like he's townie who THOUGHT claiming doctor would be a good idea.
Then when we all freaked out about him claiming, he realized it was the worst thing he could've done. So, I'm reading him as like 60% town 20% actual doctor 20% scum, for now.
Cover-up for if Aron is lynched so she could back and say she didn't totally believe him? I like those noncommittal words she emphasised in their too - "*SEEMS*", "THOUGHT". Her posts also didn't seem very sincere around this time. e.g. she sort of just laughed off Aron's claim and only thought to question it further when she basically just piggybacked off Curry's reaction:
^Exactly what Curry said. Like... Why say that. You get most of the sus of off you, then bring it right back. Wth?
Before this point she was pushing Aron. It seemed like it hit a point where people were deciding to sway on Aron so she changed her tune as a form of damage control.
