I will try to TT her out tommorow, but as I cannot really be sure that she will move untill then, I can only guarantee that she will be in boxes by maximum date this sunday.

Last auction I was went 15-16 millions, so I guess the buy out would be 20. It kind of steal her from other people who wants her and would kind of destroy this "auction" a bit so that's why I ask for a higher price sorry ^^; If you buy her out I'll TT her tommorow morning and tell you as soon as she moves Still if you don't maybe you could get her for half that price lol who knows? hehe

Ill consider the buy out price and see where the auction takes me for now, im also a bit busy trying to finish two villager trades due to having a goldie auction ending myself I have to get em both out so im a bit busy on friday when it comes to villager trades ^^ thanks for answering my question though i really appreciate it!
