Nintendo Store Uk early delivery?

Just got off the phone to a really lovely nintendo employee!

2 items are delayed- the album and the kit. We will be receiving emails about this soon and we will be receiving them at a later date.

The consoles and amiibo packs WILL be delivered by friday - no issues with those, they're all prepped and ready to leave.

honestly that angers me, mainly because when I called about the album their response was it was fine for all pre orders. It seems like I get the employees that don't bother to actually check :l Thank you for updating us though!

This guy was so nice. He could've just kept the generic response, but he put m on hold and actually rang through to the online stock people!

It's rubbish about the kit etc, but we will get it eventually!

Yeah none of the people I spoke seemed to care enough to actually look into it :l When I told them where I got my news from their response was "well people could make things up it is the internet" -_-

But some of the users on here have been more helpful/informative than Nintendo themselves. I had a feeling though something would go wrong, Japan having stock issues with the cards, NA not getting the xl bundle, we were bound to have something wrong happen as well

I ordered the 3ds, not the xl. I already have the new xl. So can't be of any help regarding xl orders. My cards haven't been dispatch as yet though.

Well the said any orders with the kit / album won't be send out until end of October/November (as of now anyway). To be honest I even wonder if they are actually going to release the album, while so many people seem to want it Nintendo doesn't seem to care much about it

Either way, thanks to EpicMeli we can at least know what to expect now. ^-^

Surely that can't be right?, I ordered the New3ds Kit and its on its way now. Album and all. I only ordered mine on Saturday and had no issues. The only thing I can think of is that it's an issue with the XL supply if they are not being dispatched until late Oct/early Nov.

Smyths Toys always have good stock as an alternative to those who can't wait, no Album that way though.

I just got an email saying that the album and kit won't be delivered, cam you post a screenshot showing they have dispatched the album for you?

But from what I saw the album was only included with the console bundles, not just by buying the kit, unless im wrong?

My kit is also delayed, pretty disappointed as it was one of the main reasons I preordered through Nintendo... Oh well, at least they will send it at some point and it was free anyway, as long as they deliver it for free...

I also had no option for express. And also awaiting stock pick still.

Yup, mine is still awaiting stock pick.
I don't recall there being an express delivery option, I think I would of chosen it otherwise.

I believe us with console orders weren't given express delivery as anything over ?20 count as 'free delivery'.

I know, but Nintendo first claimed you had to pick express to get it by release, then changed it
