Yes, you can pr-order the album now on amazon, and i bet Game or toys r us will get the kit as they sell kits for other ninteno games.

The email feature is there at the bottom even before pressing 'ask mii' and emails are sloowwwww.

Well my local game has pre-orders and stuff and pretty sure they're not sold out!

I hope I get a nice helpful person again. I might ring 1-2 times to get someone helpful!
Might also ask for any compensation, like an extra amiibo pack or something

I was thinking of doing that, it wouldn't kill them to give us one pack of cards! Let me know how it goes for you, I'll post on here if anything changes for me :^

Yodel is rubbish - but not as bad as DPD. Yodel delivered my Pikachu 3DS XL a day later than release, having put on the tracking the day before that they'd tried to deliver and left a card. I was in all day, no card left. DPD on the other hand lost my pre-ordered copy of Fantasy Life somewhere between Birmingham and Lincoln. It was showing as in transit to the Lincoln hub for maybe 2 weeks. Perhaps it was trying to walk. I eventually cancelled it (Amazon - wouldn't let me cancel it while it was in transit for 5 DAYS!) and got it as a download. I am never pre-ordering from Amazon again.

That said, I have had better luck with Amazon's new logistics company. But that wasn't for a pre-order, just a book.

The Yodel tracker is saying that my Amiibo cards are currently at their service centre and will be sent out with the courier tomorrow, bit annoying as I am going to have to nip out for an hour or so tomorrow so hopefully my usual sign on the front door will get them to leave the parcel in my porch...
On the Royal Mail side it has all gone t*ts up, their tracker is saying my tracking number is invalid so I can see that release date delivery slowly slipping away... Hopefully it's just a fault with their system and they will get the game to me tomorrow... Since I have to pick up my brother from Sixth Form tomorrow I was going to leave an hour or two early to go shopping, mainly to see if the Game in town is selling any card packs, and if there are any there for a good price I'll snag a few extras and ignore any copies of the game they are selling, I might have a wander into Argos and have a check in there too...

I'm calling the second they open. I don't like "awaiting stock pick" one day before release. And they put it in writing in an email that we'd have it by release

omfg have you tried to call them? You don't even know. I just thought I'd see if I would get a delivery time today or if there is more than one package for me (as I, like most people don't have a tracking number for the N3DS, but do for separate amiibo cards), to see if my console has been processed at their sorting desk. And no matter what I say the automatic answer phone thing ends the call with, "We're sorry, there is not enough information provided. Goodbye" and hangs up. Or if I give them my tracking number for the amiibo cards it reads the website to me and then hangs up with no more options.


On the upside while that got me nowhere the website updated to say the amiibo cards are with a courier. So hopefully the console is too?

the supervisor told me the same thing, however the also said it should come with the pack of cards that you get for free with the album as well. That only the album is delayed but the free cards they had no notifications about and should be included, so everyone be on the lookout for that! He said he would e-mail me today to confirm about the cards, which I'll post on here when and if I get it, but as it stands they should be arriving with the console.

I might have to email Nintendo about when my copy of the game is going to be delivered, since it looks unlikely I'll get it for release but the Amiibo cards look like they will?! What am I meant to do with those cards until I get the game?? I don't see why they have had to come separately through two different couriers...

It bothers me that my parents gave me the money to get it as a birthday gift (which is next week), now they're upset that I won't even have my full gift until after. It's a good thing I'm 21 and understand, but I can imagine younger kids being disappointed if they were expecting all this cool stuff

It just make me nervous that it's waiting for stock pick, once someone can say that there's has been changed to dispatch I'll feel a little bit better :l

Neither am I, I'd rather walk to game tomorrow and pick it up first thing then wait on Nintendo. Even the supervisor said "oh you get an e-mail in the evening", basically when every other place closes so you can't just pre order somewhere else.
Really hoping the Game near me will have it, as far as I'm aware cancelling an order should be fine though? The last thing I want is to still be charged something >.<
