They dont rot until a week or if you Time Travel. If you leave them outside though Ants get to them

It has been so in past title, but in NL, you can TT forward without your turnips rotting as long as you don't go reach the end of that week. However TT backwards will cause the turnips to instantly rot no matter the amount of days.
