Imbri
Resident Night Mare
I ordered the brick paving this morning from Nook. I'm sure he chuckles at the changes I'm making, but he takes my money quickly enough!
I'm still on the hunt for decorating the rest of the house, but I'm not in any hurry.
My villagers must be getting itchy, because I've had three ping to move this week. The latest was Bonbon, and while she isn't my favorite, (don't tell anyone!) I don't want to see her go.
Speaking of Bonbon, I'm trying to fix her house. Oh, is it a mess! I was thinking that the polka dot series would be cute, and I'm remaking it in caramel beige wood and peach pink fabric. I've already given her a dresser and just sent a stool.
Redd's tent was set up at the Town Tree this morning, and I was so happy to see him... until I went in. I still have some blank areas in the museum, plus I'm looking for three specific items for my house (I want to put the Venus and David statues and the Botticelli painting in my downstairs bath/spa). First thing I saw when I walked in was the David. Great, right? Nope. It was a fake. The real item was the amazing painting, which I already have in the museum and am not terribly fond of, so I don't want it for any of my rooms at home. Guess I'll keep searching.
I've basically finished the secret glade in the NW corner of town. I still need to harvest the perfect cherry once more to make the leaves drop and I might try planting and cutting some bamboo to fill in here and there, but I'm happy with the way it looks.

I was going to try a fairy ring of mushrooms, but I don't know if I have the right spacing. If not, I'll just nest them in here and there in the glade.
The other area that is almost finished is the campsite. I need a few more cedar trees and may put the white cosmos in there, like I have in the glade. Maybe yellow would be nicer, especially with the fire pit?

This area is in a little bump. The river is on three sides, then behind is the main path with The Roost on the other side.
My dirt paths are finally starting to show, at least in certain places. I will probably take up some of the bushes I've planted, once they are established. It'll make things seem more open.
