Old enough to remember...

I can't get over the fact that a lot of the shows I watched on this and Toon Disney simply don't air anymore. Some of them almost nobody even has legitimate access to. It's crazy.

Like Recess and Kim Possible? I didn’t think they were gone forever. Since I haven’t watched TV in a long time, I felt that they were on more recently (to be fair, I also felt this way for Jimmy Neutron). But if that’s not true, then I must be really old.

Those two shows are probably on Disney+, but not everything is, apparently.

How many people on this site remember watching Happy Days, Mork and Mindy, The Walton’s, Little House on the Prairie, Wonder Woman, The Bionic Man, Three’s Company, The Love Boat, WKRP in Cincinnati just to name a few the first time they were on tv?

Ive often wondered...
Wondered whatever became of you...

-Blockbuster!! I used to go there all the time and rented video games. I honestly miss this place.
-Sillybandz
-tamagotchi
-furbies and their creepiness!!
-double dare
-just older cartoons and tv shows in general? Like there’s so many shows I used to watch and love that are dead now
-Also I’m not sure if the kids still do this nowadays but handmade bookmarks from pencil cases! I used to make and sell those.

I remember when my parents had this little mini tv in the kitchen and the uber bulky one in the livingroom in our old apartment. We had the gamecube and ps2 connected to it as well. Good times.

I remember Silly Slammers. But pogs, I wasn’t even brought attention to them until 2017 during the TBT Fair.
To be honest I collected these in the early 90s and was pretty young, so I called them all Pogs haha. I had some ones with gross-out art that I thought were cool.

Gopher search engines? I remember using Archie, Veronica, and Jughead in the college computer lab. Usually snuck in some time for ICQ chats, too.

watching the old anime block on ytv when I couldn't sleep, dubs were awful but I remember that being my first exposure to it, I think I had inuyasha trading cards??? i didnt even watch the show lmaoo

Blockbuster lool.. definitely not the oldest thing I remember but it stands out because I rented my first ever harvest moon game there, a wonderful life. I also was introduced to kingdom hearts the same way.

This is a pretty small thing, but I was going through my makeup and toiletries today preparing for a move. I was sorting out my nail polishes and.... I totally forgot how many regular makeup brands used to make nail polish, even made their name in it! But now at stores they mostly just have their Sally Hansen/OPI/Essie/Sinful Colors section, and maybe Revlon will have a small row of polishes. Wet n Wild still sells theirs online at least. But no, like, I have Maybelline, Wet n Wild, Revlon, SCENTED Revlon, and Milani! Also not drugstore, but I found a mini size Kat Von D polish. Some of these I even got not too long ago, within the past 5-7 years?

I wonder what happened that caused this collective end in nail polish production by SO MANY regular makeup brands. The closest I can guess is the online makeup boom and needing to make room on their shelving space. But you'd think they'd want to tap into that market too!
