Opinions on Crafting

Tools breaking can be annoying but overall I love the crafting like making things for myself.

On the topic of tools breaking, does anyone know if the special tools you can only buy (the ones worth 2.5k bells) break, or not?

It is alright to me. I have not really crafted much, as crafting one at a time gets frankly annoying to me quick fast.

Crafting becomes tedious after time. Having tools break is disappointing as I never know how many uses I can get out of an item.

It's great, but there are times where I feel like we could really use the option to make multiple copies of an item in one crafting animation (like for turning clams into bait).

I love it. Great way to make money with certain hot items, and unlocking something new feels great.

before I got the game, ngl I was scared for the crafting. But it's not that bad! The tools breaking are annoying but I can look past that. I just wish we could make multiple things of one item at a time

So I feel like i'm inbetween here.

I love the feeling of going and crafting items for your home, or your island. It definitely adds an additional element.

But I absolutely hate when my fishing pole vanishes and I have to go build a new one.. Which means picking up all the sticks again etc.

I like the idea of crafting, but I'm not a fan of how it was implemented. Right now it's too tedious and inconvenient for me to want to do it much. If they increased the number of materials per stack to 99 so they don't take up as much space, let you craft multiple items at once, and let you pull items from your storage while crafting at home, I think I would enjoy it a lot more.

Crafting is feeling especially when it comes to furniture, but i just don't like how it was handled with tools and gets tedious, especially when you are grinding for more bells through fishing.
