I watched A Land Before Time with my mom today.

Impossible to watch this without thinking of Judith Barsi. The 10 year old girl who voiced Ducky. She was also a voice actress in All Dogs Go To Heaven.

She was abused and killed by her father. Neglected by child services multiple times after they had 'no proof of the abuse'. Her mother didn't want to leave and give up the financial gain from her budding film career. Makes me so damn frustrated. If a child pleas for help it should never be ignored.
 
I appreciate all the hug reactions you guys gave me, it’s like you guys really are giving me a 2nd chance at this.
Not to mention that you all would like to friend me whenever we want, I like that.

Good to know that there are users with a heart around here.

I think you can report your own thread and request to have it locked. It’s up to staff discretion whether they do or not though, if I recall correctly they’ve said in the past they won’t always lock a discussion thread just because the thread creator asked.
 
As I look at the new posts in this thread, I've noticed a few people saying they don't like it here in TBT anymore because back then it was full of discrimination and "bothsidesism". I feel sorry for them. I've been in almost every part of these forums and that type of content is almost nonexistent nowadays. All these trolls in the past must've had a traumatizing effect on them... :^(

It does? When atoms or molecules in the air have high kinetic energy (like how fast they move) they make it hot and stuff. This is coming from my rusty chemistry knowledge.

In my neurodivergent perspective, hot air is thick and sluggish and cold air is quick and sharp. I do know that the faster molecules move, the more energy there is and it therefore generates heat. It's just my perspective, hence why it's a random thought

Blue can be a very happy or relaxing color!
This reminds me of the Dr Seuss book My many colored days, and the little video based on it I watched in elementary school, where blue is happy and purple is the sad one.

“On other days, I’m other things. On Bright blue days, I flap my wings”.
 
I just realized that during the Farewell to New Leaf event, when I was silver dusting, I didn’t say “it’s no use” or anything similar to that on anyone’s profile. This is terrible I’ll never get the chance to do that again.
 
I actually saw the Danielle Bregoli episode of Dr. Phil when it first aired. (I used to watch that show after school lol.) My mom and I saw the “cash me outside” scene but we brushed it off as usual reality TV shenanigans.

When it later became a meme, I was kind of surprised, as I didn’t think it was that ridiculous. But I was oddly proud of seeing it BEFORE it became a meme lol.
 
I forgot how long getting started in ACNH is. I’m starting to have doubts if starting a second island was a good idea 😅; I guess it doesn’t help I’m feeling burnt out (not on any specific game).

I’m kinda embarrassed. I’ve been wondering why I never saw posts from someone I liked chatting to; turns out all this time and years I haven’t been following them 😭
