Just confirming that you can't use this code if you got Hoopa from the last distribution! I got one on my OR copy on the first distribution but this code won't work on it again, it is working on my XY and AS in which I didn't get Hoopa last time!

So I have a question will Rayquaza mega evolve during local play if it knows dragon ascent and if you haven't completed the delta episode?
Maybe? I don't see why you wouldn't have finished Delta Episode by now though.
Do you mean with patches? Because I don't think so.
But I don't think the capture rate of 3 given on Serebii and other sites is accurate either. In both of my games I managed to capture Mewtwo and Zygarde as easily as I captured the dragons in G5.
Ah, makes sense. And not really with patches or anything, just generally. Or I just had luck, I don't know.

Mew was definitely handled poorly, hoping that a good majority of Gamestops get cards in this time around.
lol, over here I went a few days after the Mew distribution had started, and they just went "we're all out". Turned out they'd gotten a really limited amount of the cards compared to other times.
The Hoopa distribution suffered from communication errors over here, so all the stores didn't even know there was supposed to be a distribution happening, and for that reason they didn't have any codes, nor did the Nintendo Zone have it available. I'm happy that Nintendo did the online distribution of Hoopa to make up for that.
Yeah, NoA/TPCi/Gamestop really screwed the pooch with it. Some stores got maybe like a stack of codes at most while others got codes for days. If you were unlucky you had to call Nintendo Support to try and get one as well. :/ It's so weird because all the other code distributions had gone smoothly before.
