What the heck the chances are that low?! My second max raid battle ever got me a shiny gigantamax magikarp.

I honestly thought the odds were higher. I've battled in roughly 50 promoted Magikarp raids so far.

I caught 4 shiny karp, none were 5 stars though.

Almost all of the promoted raids I hosted/joined were 1 - 3 stars. Out of the 50 raids I mentioned previously, 2 were 5 stars, which included the move "bounce" in Magikarp's move set.

I already used it up on shiny gmax Butterfree Probably wouldn’t have used it on this guy even if I’d had it, I don’t care for Sneasel/Weavile that much.. but the shiny version is nice. Pink. *_*

related question is there some trick to searching stamps i don?t know about haha.. because the ?load new stamps? option appears seemingly without rhyme or reason, and by the time it updates all the raids are either closed/reached max participants. It?s honestly so rare when I?m actually able to join a raid online. :V

While this isn't great, start a link trade with an uncommon code. The option to refresh will appear more often than without, at least from my experience and others.

know how people say pocket camp gave them a new appreciation for a certain villager they never used to like well this game did that to me with Lapras P: a pokemon I literally never paid attention to despite its being there from the very beginning pfft it’s really worked its way up on my favorite list, especially that pretty Gmax form (too bad that’s only going to exist for this gen lol)

im so done with that wishiwashi you get in raids it only knows water type moves and if the raid boss has water absorb or dry skin youre in for the worst time of your life
