Question about adopting villagers

So 2 of my friends want to trade Raymond & Judy with each other.
My bf has bob moving in today and thus he will kick out Judy.
Question 1: when will Judy be in boxes if Bob kicks her out today? Tomorrow?
Question 2: my friend who has Raymond needs to have one free plot to adopt him is that correct? Or can an adopted villager kick out one of your villagers?

Also my third question:
Do you need to do the amiibo requests in a row or can you do 2 and wait a day and then do the third and they still ask to move in? Lol
