Question, how do you know which event thread wasn’t accepted?

So just wondering if there?s any way to find out if there?s a certain event thread that wasn?t accepted, because the only one I didn?t participate in was the Collectibles Scavenger Hunt, and that would mean I would have 10 balloon tokens (one from the Holiday Advent Calendar) but I have 9 which means maybe one of them wasn?t accepted, but just curious to find out which one that was if there?s any way to do so.
