Quick/easy and healthy breakfast + lunch options??

breakfast:
toast w/ pb
egg white scramble w/ spinach
whole wheat bagel or english muffin w/ jam or reduced fat cream cheese
cereal: special k, cheerios, ect
oatmeal
smoothie w/ fruits and flax seeds
yogurt and a fruit

lunch:
salad w/ cranberries
whole wheat pita wrap with whatever fillings you want (examples: turkey, spinach, olives, cheese, ect)
sandwich/wraps
crackers and hummus

Lately I've been eating crackers and cheese w/ a banana for lunch. Most of the time I'll make a sandwich, burrito, or soup. I eat cereal, eggs, or occasionally I'll drink one of those carnation instant breakfast drinks for breakfast. I also like blueberry belvita breakfast biscuits. They aren't extremely healthy though, but they are good if you're in a hurry.

for breakfast im often in a hurry so i choose portable food, easy to carry and eat in the car. it also helps limit how much i eat since i cant carry more than a small tray into the car:
1 cup of greek yogurt or 1 cup of nonfat milk/soymilk
1 slice of toast with peanut/sunflower butter or any other protein spread. or oatmeal!
6-10 almonds
1 cup of fresh fruit

cant think of much for dinner but:
lots of boiled/steamed kale, spinach, or broccoli/broccolini
broiled fish (usually halibut or sole with ginger and lemon) or baked chicken breast
a small portion of brown rice

my mom always puts an emphasis on eating proteins and vegetables- and very little else. if youre really hungry and you havent got money to buy much ... 2 large cups of hot water (or tea if you want) REALLY helps keep you full without consuming extra calories!

i always eat a serving of fruit before bed. my personal favorite dessert is fresh cut mangoes with lime juice squeezed on top... its amazing!!!

I have pretty much zero culinary experience, and sub sandwiches are basically my go-to for easy and healthy(-ish?) lunch stuff

plenty of variety in what can be done, and relatively easy to make (esp if you forgo using any sort of hot ingredients or toasting it or whatever)

though I do hate how fast the bread gets hard and lettuce spoils for me

Just eat a banana and juice for breakfast.

Honestly the best thing to do is not three base meals but small snacks throughout the day in lieu of meals.
