Now keep in mind this can be very subjective in how you want to rate your senses and that's what makes this kind of fun! You can rate them based on why you perceive them to be be better or worse than other senses in how you use them in life.

Sound/Hearing (BEST) - My hearing is probably the best of all my senses. I can hear from a pretty far distance and a lot of sound levels people consider normal honestly really hurt my ears.

Smell - I have a pretty sensitive nose. I can smell the slightest hint of something nearby even if it's just a very small spec of what the food used to be.

Touch - This one is a bit hard to rate... I'd say this one's pretty normal and just sits neutral on my list.

Taste - I put this one lower on the list because while I taste and love/hate foods like everyone else, as far as distinguishing ingredients or flavors in foods from others I'd say I'm not that good at it.

Sight (Worst) - This one is a no brainer. I need corrective lenses. Without them my eyesight is garbage.

Smell > Touch > Taste > Sight > Hearing

How I feel it's for me personally.
There's nothing wrong with my sight particularly, but I have a hard time adjusting to light.
Foods I have to season to death to get them passable which I kinda dislike.

This is quite an interesting topic! You don't really think about yours senses that often, so this was a nice opportunity to give it some thought :)

Smell is 100% my best sense. It is deeply connected with my memory, and the slightest change in smell can lift or drop my mood instantly.

I'd rank touch as second-best. I'm quite sensitive to textures and whether something feels wrong or right is a huge factor in my general comfort.

I'll put taste in third, because while I certainly enjoy good tasting foods and such, I too am terrible at distinguishing different flavors and ingredients.

Sight is 4th, and while I do not need glasses (yet, knock on wood), I do feel like it could be so much better. There's nothing to say about it, really.

Hearing is my worst sense, undoubtedly. There's so much noise in my daily life that my ears won't stop ringing until I lay in bed late at night, and even then they keep making this white noise which ultimately distracts me from falling asleep.

Smell>Touch>Taste>Hearing>Sight

my sight is really bad and i'd say the other 4 could share first place really.

Touch, Hearing, Sight, Taste, Smell.

Nothing particularly wrong with my tastebuds or nose, Just that the others are heightened a lot.
Some dresses that other people can easily wear comfortably feel like I’m wrapped in sandpaper, Makes it hard to find pretty ones I can actually wear which imo is “greater” damage than hearing.
Hearing is great in the sense that it’s heightened, but I feel like I’m gonna break down crying from pain and/or terror when someone shouts, even if it’s not directed at me in any way :<
Sight is ok, I can focus on stuff pretty well, but sometimes it goes kinda blurry.

Then again I have this Disorder thing that effects (affects? I’m too tired and words are confusing >-<) my hearing and touch so it makes sense (ha)

Taste, Touch, Smell, Hearing, Sight

It's hard to order these because I think a lot of my senses suck.

Taste: I chose taste first just because I have a strong aversion to certain things, making me a picky eater (eg. a lot of herbs are too strong for me and I can identify them pretty easily when I eat something).
Touch: Not really sure how to rate this... but I ranked it higher than smell because of the reason below.
Smell: I live in a developing country and the smell of trash is everywhere. If something smells, I notice it straight away... BUT honestly I'm so used to weird smells that it doesn't even bother me at this point... so lets say I'm with someone and we walk by a trash pile, of course I'll smell it, but maybe it wont bother me as much as the other person.
Hearing: My job works with power washers and loud machinery. It definitely screwed up my ears. If someone is calling me from another room or if there's some interfering noise, I definitely will not hear you. If the sound is kinda in the distant, like a song playing or whatever, it's really hard to make out unless I'm right where the noise is coming from.
Sight: I put this last because I know a definitive number to describe how bad my eyes are... I can't see anything without glasses or contacts.

I'd have to say my best sense is Sound, I can hear pretty well and I can pick out noises from far away that my family can't

Taste is probably my second best, I like to cook and season in accordance to how my family would like it (I have siblings who are really picky eaters, and my parents who like to have everything on their foods) so I taste test and can distinguish flavors to balance things out for them.

Touch, not really too sure about this one I'll be honest, but I am sensitive to some textures and types of fabric. Some make me feel uncomfortable while others are just fine, but I feel maybe everyone has something like that so not really sure how to rate this one!

Smell, sometimes I just can't pick certain smells unlike my family. They'll say something reeks but I just wouldn't be able to smell it sometimes. There's some smells that may seem really horrible and make others gag, but it wouldn't really affect me much

Sight, definitely my worst... I have to wear glasses at all times or else everything is just a big blur and I cannot distinguish anything whatsoever unless you're literally inches away from my face

Sound>Sight>Smell>Touch>Taste

I’m able to hear things at small decibels, even if people are whispering something and are a good 10-20 feet away. I also can hear loud things from far away.

My sight is pretty good. I’m able to spot things people may not notice or see when walking around.

My sense of smell is just neutral, or okay. I can smell things alright, but I wouldn’t say it’s an exceptional sense of mine.

My sense of touch is not so good. Not able to distinguish textures and tell what things are without seeing them at times.

My sense of taste is the worst. I’m not able to distinguish things well by taste, and therefore probably wouldn’t be good with cooking, lmao

Sound is my best sense. Even when I'm in a middle of something, I can still hear something faint in the background.

I'm not sure which one to put after sound but I'm going with taste. I don't know if identifying a certain taste is something to be considered but at the very least, I'm able to savour the foods I eat.

Touch is nothing special.

Honestly, my sight is on the same level as touch. No issues on seeing that's holding me back.

Last and actually least, smell. Whenever my family is able to smell something, I either don't smell it or I do smell it but a few moments later. It's more of a hit or miss, or both.

Sound > smell > sight > touch > taste for me I think. I’m very sensitive to sounds and smells!

Wow, I guess I've never really thought about my senses in this way before. For me it'd probably go something like this:

Taste>Touch>Sound>Smell>Sight

5. Starting with the least best, I have TERRIBLE eyesight. I wear very thick glasses and also have astigmatism. I'm also very sensitive to changes in light and function best in low lighting.
4. My sense of smell has always been marred by my breathing issues. I feel like my sinuses are stuffed up more often than not and I have to breathe through my mouth quite a bit to feel like i'm getting enough oxygen.
3. Hearing was never a problem for me as a child, always passed hearing tests and could hear my parents whispering about birthday/Christmas gifts from a mile away. It has dulled a little bit now as I'm aging but still better than most.
2. I have a slight sensory disorder that makes the feeling of things matter a LOT to me. Certain textures make me feel like I can't breathe. This also means that I am very good at telling fabrics apart just by the feeling of them.
1. Taste. Ironic because my sense of smell is so messed up but whenever I actually can smell I've gotten very good at distinguishing different flavors and ingredients in food. Though I can't put it to use because I'm a terrible chef.

I don't feel like any of my senses are particularly good, but if I had to pick an order it would be:

Touch: I have very sensitive skin and it is irritated by a lot of different things. I've been told by several people that I have an extremely light touch, like feather-light, but I feel like I learn more about something by touching it than anything else. So apparently my light touch is all I need to gather information on an object, so I guess that's pretty good.

Smell: I'm somewhat sensitive to smells. A bad smell can make me sick and I have allergies, so even a good smell can sometimes affect me. But a good smell that doesn't affect my allergies can make me feel very nostalgic and happy. I used to love wearing my boyfriend's jackets for this reason.

Taste: There's nothing wrong with my sense of taste, but nothing extraordinary about it either. I can taste my food, but not the individual ingredients that go into making it.

Hearing: My hearing is not great. While I am sensitive to loud noises, I struggle to hear soft sounds. So my hearing is starting to go bad.

Sight: This was an easy choice for the worst. I've needed glasses/contacts since I was little. Without them, I just see a blur and some color. Even the eye doctors feel a need to comment on how bad my vision is when I go for my exam. My dad eventually had to start wearing both glasses and contacts at the same time to be able to see. I'm hoping mine never gets quite that bad.

when seeing a question like this i jump to, which would be the worst to not have

On that I pick sight. I only look out of one eye anyway (the other is lazy and sight is blurry), and I would need it most of all. I could overcome not having hearing over the others and compensate by being more aware.

Also how does one not touch? Like if I could touch something I would still feel the pressure of being up against something... maybe you can't sense pain which yeah is really bad, but like if I'm underneath a blanket I know I'm there.

Sight>Touch>Taste>Sound>Smell
My eyesight has usually been pretty good, practically 20/20.
Touch has also been pretty good, typically sense most things.
I also have to rate my sense of taste pretty highly too, although it seems that it may have declined in recent years from my tongue getting burned by hot food... (Hot as in it just came out of the oven, not spicy)
My sense of sound has been quite pitiful over the last five years or so. I started suffering from tinnitus back in 2011 and for about three years between 2011 and 2014, it only kept getting worse and worse. Around the spring and summer of 2014 was when it peaked, and I've gradually had it less and less since then (I hardly have it now, but every once in a while, I have piercing ringing happen in my ears), and I honestly have no idea what causes it. A doctor I saw in the summer of 2014 had said it may be from drinking caffeinated beverages (and I have drunk a lot of Coke since 2009 or so), but interestingly enough, my mom had me drink caffeine-free Coke for about a month or so that year and my tinnitus didn't get any better, actually getting worse. Again, I lucked out and rarely suffer from the ringing in my ears now, but the increasing of the ringing between 2011 and 2014 did a number on my hearing.
I almost had considered placing my sense of sound as my worst sense, and for good reason, but I would just by a hair have to say that my sense of smell is my worst. I know this is going to sound gross, but I've always had a lot of mucus in my nose (part of the reason why I constantly picked my nose up until I was 11 years old unfortunately, I know it's a horrible habit, but I usually had so many boogers in my nose that it was just about impossible to breathe, which is why usually I use tissues to get them out whenever that happens). I also have seemed to notice over the years that I seem to easily get respiratory problems, probably some sort of genetic factor as my mom gets them easily. While I do have bad hearing, it only started to decline when I was 11 and get really bad when I was 14, while I've had a poor sense of smell my entire life. For those reasons, I'd say that sense it surely my worst of the five.

Sight>Smell>Touch>Taste>Hearing

I get the best sight in the family from my mom, everybody else in my immediate family has glasses.

For hearing, I feel like I'm always constantly saying "What?" "Huh?" "Repeat that?" which always leads me to awkward situations unfortunately :') I can still hear small sounding things but I feel like it's definitely my worst sense because I probably question what someone said every single day.

My best is definitely touch! Taste is second, smelling is 3rd, and then sight and hearing are my worse two. I have 35% of hearing loss in one of my ears, and 23% in my other, as in for sight, I have to wear glasses, I cannot see anything without my glasses because I am extremely near sighted.
