Replace your 10 current villagers

This is just for fun. If you had to replace all your current villagers (regardless of dreamies or not), who would you pick, and why?

Current: Rolf, Punchy, Bob, Rudy, Sterling, Maple, Ankha, Lobo, Marshal, Rod
Replacement: Kid Cat, Leonardo, Snake*, Kyle*, Poppy*, Bunnie*, Dobie, Curt, Beau*, Jeremiah*

Those with asterisks are villagers I've never had before and I really find them interesting. As for Kid Cat, Dobie and Curt: they have been my villagers last year but I had to move them out for cycling purposes. I would like them to stay longer this time around. Leonardo is also one of my all time NL fave jocks next to Sterling & Rudy. I still haven't found him in camp or mystery islands and I would love to have him.

fauna and pekoe are temporary anyway -- they're the two currently in the spots i have for rotating villagers. since i have both of their pictures now, they won't be sticking around. the villagers who will be eventually filling those spaces are coco and lolly, hence why they're on the list. marshal was one of my original planned villagers, but then i grew attached to henry instead. molly, diana, cookie and felyne (who i know isn't in NH... yet) are all residents of my NL towns. (as is marshal.) skye was going to be, but i never got around to it. sylvana and bill are cute, and i have the latter's amiibo card. i've always lowkey wanted both of them, but there's never enough room, and i prefer the normals and jock i have.

Asterisked villagers are ones I haven’t had either. Been interested in Rodney more recently and the rest since HHD/NL days.

Ankha and Marshal are going to be replacing two of my villagers if I return to playing to be permanents. Reneigh and Idk who else. I would also like Dom back.

Gaston, Ankha and Marshal I had back in NL. Dom I let him move out so someone could adopt him here (I think it was Labelle ).

Cole I have been interested in because he shares his name with a Dragon Age character and fits his character well and I think he is cute. Claude I have always liked but been more interested in since playing FE3H because he shares the name with a favorite character of mine and has a cute design . Frobert I loved him since designing his house in HHD. Pudge: I almost had him in NL but I traded for another villager on that same day and so never got him . It was a dumb mistake.

Damn, you’re killing my brain here. My current lineup is my dream lineup and I love them all. None of them are leaving.

If I absolutely had to replace these cuties, I’d go with:

Cherry, Benjamin, Cookie, Portia, Lucky, Marcel, Walker, Daisy, Rudy, and Sky.

Yes, I have an obsession with dogs. Rudy is my favorite cat, and Sky has nice colors!

I actually like my personality ratio, so no drastic changes here. All the "replacement" villagers are the ones I want to see on my island to some degree, but I love my current babies too much to replace them x)

I replaced Kiki, Stella, and Poppy with Coco, Lolly, and Annalisa because I like them just as much!
I replaced Biff and Antonio with Snake and Mac because I've never had them before and they're cute!
I replaced Muffy with Shari OR Dierdre because it was a tough choice. I love Shari, but I've never had Dierdre. I used to not like her design, but it has really grown on me and she's friend shaped.
I replaced Judy with Vivienne because I've never had her and she's cute! Though there are others I like too!
I replaced Clay with Lucky or Erik because I really love and want Lucky, but I've never had Erik and his design has grown on me!
I replaced Bella with Maddie because there is just something very unique and cute about Maddie. Bella is one of my absolute favourites though so I can't even imagine replacing her!
I replaced Marshal with Kyle because I just really love Hyenas!

Not all of the current ones are permanent. I think the ones I would replace them would fit with the farm/ garden theme on Jurai.

Part of me is missing Audie and Judy since those were the last villagers that used to live on my old island Traverse, before it was deleted. If I ever do see them again I could re-invite them again on Destiny. Then again all villagers I listed talk the same way so it would just be a personality thing for me.

Puck was an auto top choice just due to him being the hockey penguin. After that, I decided I would just RNG who I'd have replace the rest of my villagers, with the following restrictions (which are what I already have in place for my island, lol):

• They can't have been on my island before
• They can't be the same species as another replacement
• There must be at least 1 of every personality

I do actually like the list that I ended up getting thanks to RNG, definitely feels like a solid new mix of villagers that I could learn to live with.

i have 4 lazy, 3 normals, 2 crankies and 1 smug on my island. i dont care much about personality, i just love their designs/get along with them. everyone except beau and zucker are permanent, i have beau and zucker on my island before and i just couldnt left them on mystery island because they were BABIES and nice. maybe beau will stay, no one knows.

for replacements, i actually cant replace my babies but i do really want marty and daisy. i have muffy on my old island before and i still love her. i like rudy nose, i like kyle design, tom is the CUTEST, sylvana goldie kiki and fang, ive never meet them but i do want to try to have them.​

I wouldn't replace all of them, plus most of the villagers I have currently I'm fine with moving out as I want at least half of my island to consist of temporary villagers.

I really like all the current villagers I have and most of them are permanent, with the exception of Whitney and Julian who I both love but will be replaced once I have their photos.

I don't currently have any jock villagers, as I'm not a big fan of their personality, or sisterly villagers, as there aren't really any of them who have designs that I love enough to replace my current villagers, but if I were to replace every villager then I'd probably try out these personalities and Poncho and Pashmina would likely be my top picks. I've had Judy, Goldie, Maple, Erik, Marshal and Bunnie before on my island and really liked them all, will probably be bringing Erik back at some point, while Portia and Fang live in my NL town and are some of my favourite villagers.

Having so many male villagers on my island. It seems like a good idea to get more female villagers for more variety. I've already had Kid Cat on my island but I would invite him again if I had to replace everyone. I'm currently trying to replace Cyd so I would replace him with my favourite villager Drago. I've never had Lily or Rudy and I really like their designs so I would like to invite them for the first time. I do have a preference for cat villagers. I would have only four though. It sounds great in theory for me, but a whole island of the same animal would probably frustrate me after awhile so I would try to avoid that. My experience with so many lazies taught me that lol.

My thought process was to make sure I had one of every personality type, and no repeats in personality sub-type; the rest just comes down to preference.
The first few replacements were easy, because I'm planning on letting all of them move out eventually, so I just replaced them with a dreamie of the same personality—I replaced Rodeo with Sylvana, though, because I'm currently lacking a normal villager and don't need a second lazy after Deli.
The last four were harder, since they're all dreamies of mine, but I mainly replaced them with villagers I also love who didn't quite make the cut. Shep and Murphy are two villagers I'd love to have if I had the room, and make for good personality replacements for Leopold and Dobie. I replaced Raymond with Mint, since I need a snooty villager. With all the personalities covered, Deirdre was the hardest to replace; I thought about Celia, Willow, and Monique first, but since they share sub-types with Sylvana and Mint, I decided on Bianca. It's tough for me to choose between her and Merry as-is, and thankfully they're different types of peppy villager.

(I'm currently sitting at nine villagers, but assuming I get Lily as my 10th, since I'm waiting to adopt her from someone, I'd replace her with Goldie—another cute normal villager I really like with the same personality subtype as Lily.)

Current: Tiffany, Rod, Apollo, Raymond, Marshal, Marcie, Marty, Shari, Audie and Flurry.

Replacement: Chrissy, Francine, Nan, Chevre, Pecan, Teddy, Ken, Avery, Filbert and Muffy.

I would be too upset to replace my little Flurry with another hamster haha.

I would want to try out Chrissy and Francine together, along with Nan and Chevre, though I am aware they don't really acknowledge their link to the other much, it would still be fun to have them all. I might still do this one day, but none of them are replacing my Flurry!

Teddy, Ken, Avery and Filbert I had in various NL islands and really liked them all, so it would be nice to see those guys again.

I've always liked the idea of Muffy, but have never actually had her. Pecan I think I became inspired by due to a little fanfic where she was a serial killer and I would forever think she was plotting something terrible, whilst still being fabulous, so I would be entertained by that haha
