Personality: Very serious. Doesn't like jokes, and while most of the time he tolerates things that irritate him easily, on certain occasions he will get angry at small things. Fairly violent, but not to a "Everything I see shall burn a brutal, slow, death." extent.
Despite his seriousness and hate of annoying people, he has moments were he will skip around like a complete fool and sing to himself. Masochistic and likes playing with corpses. Likes playing around with his magic, causing those strange results. Don't be surprised if you see a man covered in nails or the like, that's probably him after trying to use nails with magic. Stares at the creature on his hoodie quite often, curious of it, so he may seem like he's not paying attention to something... and he probably isn't.

Powers (no shifters, max 2 powers): Has dark magic and light magic. Dark is an offensive magic with no defensive capabilities, nor anything to do with healing. Light magic is a defensive magic, which is used for defensive purposes or very light healing. Letting the two mix can cause some interesting results.
Talents: Very fast and is a good climber. Very skilled at using his magic.
Flaws: Impatient and reckless. Gets curious of things very easily.

Accepted and that reminded me that the areas don't actually have names... I guess from now on they will be called the Royal District and the Insurgent District.

Place of Residence (setting): Insurgent district, though can often be found in the outskirts, particularly the forest.
Personality: Misa is a shy, reserved person who becomes very nervous around other people, particularly Royals for obvious reasons. She has few friends due to the fact that she struggles to have a proper conversation with others, and usually prefers to stay near the outskirts forest away from people.
Powers (no shifters, max 2 powers): She can manipulate water with a mage staff the same colour as her hair, which she can also summon and dismiss at will.
Talents: A good swimmer, a talent she developed alongside the power to manipulate water as the two go well together.
Flaws: Misa is very inpressionable and guillable, making her fall for silly little tricks easily.
