Green Winters had always lived in his brother's shadows.
His brother, Adrien, was smart. He was brilliant. He was the popular one in highschool, he was the one who always stuck out for Green.
While Greens struggled with work, Adrien went on to become someone big. Adrien went on to slay a dragon. Adrien became a hero. Adrien was the most famous man in the world, in 2012.
Green Winters was just his loser brother.
It changed, though. Adrien become more withdrawn, and soon he disappeared. Deep inside, Green was happy his brother was gone. For once, Green wasn't in his shadows.
But Adrien never came back.
Green Winters had dedicated all of his life to finding his brother, and he found it ironic. For most of Green's childhood, he despised his older brother. He despised how talented his older brother was - but now that Adrien was gone, Green didn't know what to do.
Green realized he truly did love his brother.
But none of that mattered.
Adrien had changed.
Green Winters was too close. Too close to finding Adrien, and someone had to fix that. He had to get off his trail.
So Green Winters laid on the floor, dying the same way Monika did. He had jacked into the terminal, and his brain was fried just as quick as Monika. APEX left no survivors.
With the few seconds he had left, he saw his life flash by. All he had done to find Adrien led him here, to his own death.
He would finally be reunited with his brother.
