I actually went to cycle Raymond to clear his interior because a friend offered to hold him so he can reset his interior!

I deleted the video by accident but he actually comments on going back home and remembers everyone in the island. (Yes, he has friendship retention as well. He's at max friendship with me.) He does keep some clothing with him though! Strange but glad he can keep his memories! Welcome back, Ray!

TRUE! I wish they let us have a plot reserve (like how empty plots are) they don't even have to tell us what shop it is. Just enough we can preemptively prepare for future shops without destroying the island after finishing it lol....it would save so much grief tbh.

I'm not done with the rest because I got sidetracked with my research project oof (I mean, I would seriously consider saving my save files and everyone else because having no save to come back to is devastating omg...)

But I'm glad you liked them ahhh! It's my first time doing backstories on characters that already exists so I was so nervous lol dfadsfs THANK U!!!

I have spots but it pains me to being unable to provide yards for my residents. It's so annoying loll at this point I might consider destroying the Pokemon map I made to make it more accommodating for them. TBH. It's more of a self-serving thing and I haven't exactly touched it yet hhh. ;_; I might destroy 70% of my island (the 1st area with the resident services is fine, its just the north and west part is a mess loll ;_;;;

I still have to make joint lawns for Marshal and Raymond too. aaa so much to do! I'll start planning on spaces if I do decide to dismantle Evergrande city lol

It's another lovely sunny day in Somnus! I was unable to wake up early in the morning but I manage to catch Raymond and Marshal hanging out together!

They're the cutest. Marshal is singing while Raymond is studying botany!

Also, I went to check out Jacques to see what's happening in the island (Like who's the NPC right now.) but he has something to say:

Jacques. I know you have a point, I know you're right but I think you shouldn't say it...LMAO.

Cherry also asked me about my aspirations. (Although I told Snake about it...)

To be honest, even now, I think I'm living my "dream gig" although a bit informally. It's nice to know that my islanders are willing to know who you and what you want to be! I think that's nice.

Marshal was also found singing Drivin' at the beach!

I finally checked my mail after days of procrastination and Raymond finally gifted me his photo! OMG! It's so nice!

I just need Marshal's so I can decorate a fireplace area with their photo! (Also Hime's Orchid Mantis says "Hi!")

Not much happened in the island BUT. BUT...! I've hustled some BIG wishlist decos for my island! TADAH! MUSH LAMP AND HYACINTH LAMP DIY!

Lastly, I had to bid farewell to my Pokemon map project. While I was so eager to do it, the lack of space does trouble me a lot. It might take a while to de-terraform...it's for the best! It should me enough breathing room and make lawns for my residents!

Since I have the two things I really wanted for designing my island, please look forward to more terraforming updates soon! Also I decided to maybe do the updates every night instead of afternoon!

This is a non-island update. Actually, I planned to have an entry today but I decided to allocate the time by stress testing the save data corruption, gathering more information and looking for any posted replies from Nintendo regarding this issue.

However, I also will add more Photopia shenanigans along with the future entries. ☺

I will do my best to balance both game time and data collection time. I just felt the need to prioritize the safest way to trade with people and so others and I can continue enjoying without added stress. I'm already stressed out with terraforming, data corruption is something I would rather not worry about.

Ahhh, looking at all your posts makes me miss Fang! He looks so precious in his little reading glasses My little heart can't handle it! Now I'm debating on if I should move him in as well. He's one of my favorites I saw him while island hopping but didn't ask him to move in because I already had him in NL TTwTT ..kinda regretting that now

I love all your little updates! Reading them always makes me want to pick up my switch controller and play for hours

So, I spent the time terraforming in Somnus today! It'll be secret until I manage to see it satisfactory enough to show!
I also finally got some cosmos! I realized it's one of the flowers I'm missing. Oops...

My boyfriend also came by to sell turnips! His character is cuter than mines and I hate it (loljk not to diss on Hime.)

I think I love the entrance of my island so much that I might not really redo it! It's pretty narrow but it's a nice one for sure.

Also some funny moments in the island today:

Cherry's not a huge fan of the cute music player. Too bad, that stays! Sorry, Cherry!

Fang decided to try pottery. well. You can't really make pots with a HAMMER, Fang...you'll just smash them to pieces!

Marshal made me question if buttermilk is actually drinkable. I do see it used as an ingredient to bake but I never considered it as a drinkable thing! TIL!

Diana being a silly. Diana, I think that's not exactly a good thing if you're at the back end. Then again, you're in a magazine! I think that's cool!

Anyways, short island update for today but I have a special event I'm posting after this entry! Stay tuned!

Maybe you should! Fang's amazing! I never really was a huge fan of crankies aside from Chief, Kabuki, Dobie and Fang but yea!

It was so expensive lol...I was grunting with all the NMT I spent. Average Mush DIY price is at 100NMT and Hyacinth is at 20NMT on Nookazon and I had to haggle aggressively to get them. LOL. I was crying inside orz I MIGHT...MIGHT TT to get skinny mush so I can get over with it. I don't wanna TT far but looking at the Nookazon prices for the mush mats, I would rather step on 50 pitfall traps than buy bulk for 50NMT LOLL

I'm assuming you get those randomly from villagers crafting DIYs, message bottles and maybe balloons.
That's the only thing I believe that happens.

It's customizable, yes! It comes in Orange, Purple and Blue colors!

Oh, you're so nice! I'm not finished yet actually! I'll open the island for a tour once I'm finished terraforming and properly plan them this time! I'm not the greatest when it comes to landscaping but I'll try my best to plant my ideas down!

I decided to stick with a natural/woodsy island so there might be a ton of difficult areas to traverse to!
