Super Smash Bros. Ultimate Winter 2025 Tournament
Welcome to the Winter 2025 Super Smash Bros. Tournament! In this round-robin tournament members will go head to head to determine who is TBT's Next Top Fighter!
How it Works
In this round-robin tournament, you will face others in best-of-three, one-on-one sets of matches. You will play every other competing player once. You will both be responsible for scheduling an appropriate time for your battle as well as taking a screenshot of the results from the battle and submitting it via the Super Smash Bros. Tournament Reporting board.
This tournament is expected to conclude on February 28th 2025. Failure to complete your games without evidence of actively trying to arrange a time to play with the other person will result in one or both parties being disqualified.
Once you have finished your match, please submit the following information:
- In the thread title, please include the round number and both users names.
- Screenshots of the results screens of the matches against your opponent that includes your in-game name.
- Please confirm in text who won the best-of-three.
Tournament Rules
All matches will be one-on-one and best-of-three. All characters are allowed and you may switch your character in-between games if you wish. The following rules will apply:
- Single elimination.
- No stage hazards.
- Three stocks, seven-minute timer, set of best-of-three matches.
- Only vote on stage(s) from the permitted stages below. You may use Stage Striking rules or the Gentleman's Agreement (any of the below stages may be played so as long as both players agree)
- Each player must complete their matches and report the results. Failure to complete your games without evidence of actively trying to arrange a time to play with the other person will result in one or both parties being disqualified.
- In the event of a tie at the end of the tournament, tie-breakers will take place to determine who will win first place.
