Blu Rose: He seems to be Mafia to me. After getting accused, he started to point fingers, which seems like a Mafia like thing to do.
Justin and Beary: I think they were getting framed by Karla. Karla seems too smart to make his fellow mafia members look this obvious.

What I'm seeing is that Beary isn't a real threat because she doesn't seem to know what she's doing (again I'm sorry Beary), I think there's a greater chance that she's town than a criminal mastermind.
