If you read up on the most recent two games, you would see I generally don't dive into conclusions, I wait and look at stuff further. I don't think this reason alone is enough for a sus, maybe a few back ups would work. Also, if you just go for your first thought without much thinking, the chances are it'll be wrong. I'm trying to avoid mislynches here

Randomly lynching is wildly, wildly better than no lynching. Now, anyone can look and see that a random lynch is bad, so it follows that not lynching is horrific.

I'm really not liking how this Punchy townslip went entirely unnoticed by like everyone after my post on it. Like I remember him still being a sus candidate mentioned, and that's not gonna fly.
On mobile - will make a more organized post soon but two things sticking out to me atm:
- Dad's case post on me was a complete rehashing of issues that had already been discussed/resolved. I dont remember seeing any unique points lol..
- @Vanessa regarding my Ness godfather thing: I disagree that it was irrelevant, but thatd a tad hypocritical imo with your earlier posts focusing on nothing but the crier message instead of the scumhunting

I've played pm games where you were allowed to make a video of your screen with your role up, and post that to another player. Just because it's been done doesn't make it remotely intelligent to do so.
Mafia is a game of logic, psychology and wits. It should never be a game about photoshop skills.

The bits about you not even noticing Endless and Zendel being part of my big post, not disagreeing with my points against mog and Ness until after Endless went after me, means you weren't authentically reading a good 80% of my post in your 'skim' as I mentioned, and I wouldn't even call that a skim. That's a unique point that hasn't been discussed and I'm not willing to resolve it anytime soon.
My vote is on you because I have to go to bed, get up for work, and then will probably not be around to post until 10pm-12amish EST.
I also don't like how Farobi has randomly gone after Dedenne for obviously being somebody who hasn't developed reads yet, who has mentioned that they don't have a huge amount of experience in mafia. I thought you were voting for me...lol. Then again Endless did swoop in for a moment and mention that he doesn't suspect me as hard as he did earlier so there's that influence to consider.

Ok yeah that sounds bs lol. No, on the site I used to play a lot of mafia on, they were all PM games and we could rolepm trade, but we barred screenshots. So essentially, people could choose to trade or not, and mafia either got safeclaims or were told what they could use to make a fake rolepm of their own.
Also, I just read page 21 (journaling my thoughts is taking a bit longer than expected but I have a lot of time today so idc) and some RQs went up, so I'll answer them now.
If there was 7 buttons, each one a different colour of the rainbow, and you knew 1 blew up the world but didn't know which, but you had to click one, which would you click?

Probably played about 10 games on here, played a lot of games on a different website but it had different rules. Also some epicmafia a while back

I prefer town since I like scumhunting rather than being the one hunted. Though the past few games I always got sussed when town and its stressful >.<

I don't know. Punchy seems awfully sus based on the first 21 pages I've read, but I have a lot to catch up on.

That has been discussed between me and Kat actually, so no it isn't unique because I have made that point already; you would know that if you actually read the thread which I suggest you do. Nothing you have made thus far is unique the only unique point you have made is the one against me regarding my rqs, which literally nobody agrees with because it's stupid + your Ness and Mog paragraphs are also bad which I have spoke against before as has many other people.

Ok so what I'm going to do is break up my analysis posts into two parts, since I can already see this is going to be super long-ass. I'm at page 23 (about halfway through the stuff I needed to catch up with by the time I entered the thread) and will post my thoughts on pages 24-48? (40 or 50 whatever by the time my analysis is done) when they're done.
All right so as I read I took some notes down on Word. Inb4 gets sussed for being like BoTW Tina and Chele from the last game, but this is the way I feel I can try to be helpful after not being on TBT for a day and a half or so. This is basically my journal as I read the thread, making observations. It may not be organized (except by the page numbers), and not everything from each page is on there, but it’s just intended to document what I think could be significant. I hope it shows what’s going on in my head.

Dolby makes a joke about killing the godfathers based on the initial post. (CLEARLY A JOKE)
Farobi asking host a question.
Vanessa wonders if capitalization of the letters in Toad’s opening post mean anything. FTR, all the capitalized letters spell KLTEGAENTMLASUTM, so if there is any hidden message, we’d have to unscramble it. I highly doubt they have any significance. I did notice you can almost spell “gentleman” but the last N would be missing.
Punchy dings Dolby for being aggressive and Farobi’s post seemed sus to him as well. Literal wtf on the Farobi sus, he only asked the host a question. I can perhaps understand Punchy’s sus of Dolby as a misunderstanding. But Dolby is clearly joking and not actually wanting to kill those people right off the bat, so slight sus on Punchy as I’m reading that.

Vanessa tries to solve KLTANMSM. Idk where she got that from but it obviously means nothing. Slight townlean for trying to figure out deeper meanings of stuff – scum don’t typically do that but it is possible.

Dolby susses punchy, says his interactions, jokes, and retraction seemed non-genuine. Tbh I am inclined to agree with him as that’s kind of what I felt when reading Punchy. He also slightly townleans Chele for being active early on/more engaged
Chele seems confused about Vanessa’s solving KLTANMSM, says it could be a quote from scum chat. Didn’t really press it and seemed just as confused as I am about it
Ness comments on Punchy’s first suspicions and then pivots to establishing rules for PMing. I feel that the PM rules was an interesting move. Not sure what to make of them yet.
Chele contradicts Dolby, saying that Punchy’s activity is reminding her of his town meta. To be fair, we’ve only ever seen him roll town (and she notes that). Dolby then explains and Chele accuses him of OMGUS. I don’t get Chele’s reaction at all here as Dolby was just expounding on his thoughts.
Ness speculates we could have a Crier role. This (a) means Ness is implying Punchy is likely town and (b) is a bit unlikely since…well, not to throw shade at Punchy, but idk if he’d know how to utilize such a role this early on in the day. But this is a toads game so anything is possible
Panda said what Ness stated earlier was similar to what a scum has said in a prior game. Not sure if she meant Ness’s PM rules or Ness’s Crier speculation, but I’d guess it’s the PM rules.
ITYW steps in to defend punchy a little bit, saying he pulled similar stuff pre-game

Dolby starts speculating about the meaning of “godfathers” in relation to the show’s themes. Tbh this is a REALLY good point and town indicator for him to me.
Toad comes in and confirms the letters mean nothing special. Good thing I didn’t spend much time on that

Dolby outs his suspicion that toad made all of the godfathers (legendary mafia players) literal godfather roles in the game. Dolby directed his question to Endless, which would be (a) weird if Dolby/Endless were in the same team, since dolby could just do this in scumchat and (b) yet a little weird he singles out Endless “because I think that Toads would get a laugh out of what I'm considering he's doing.” I don’t think Dolby is right here though, and though I initially liked his probing the issue, the conclusion he drew was really whacky and unbalanced if true. Though I suppose that’d make me trust him more since I doubt mafia would be so out there, with such strange posturing.
Ness asks if the godfathers message really has a larger significance, and Dolby reasserts it does.
Endless makes his entrance into the thread, townleaning Heyden for outing his being doused, and agreeing with Dolby’s scumlean on Punchy. He also puts in RQs (which I at this point in my catching up went ahead and answered).

Dolby answers RQs, what’s significant here though is he backtracks on his page 20/21 speculation entirely with “well **** I thought I had something.” He also agrees with Endless about Heyden.
Chele says punchy “rung a bell” for her and she would go more in depth on his posts privately. Uhm ok?
Heyden asks doctor to PM him, endless asks why, dolby says that Heyden isn’t confirmed so doc shouldn’t PM him. Intriguing considering Endless and Dolby just agreed that Heyden was very likely town, but to be fair Heyden isn’t confirmed at this point. I’d just think Endless and Dolby would be fine with doc pming Heyden based on their previous confidence that Heyden is town. Idk, but the fact they showed concern over doc’s safety is kind of a townleaning factor in both of their favors
Chele speculates about scum count and KP. Not really alignment indicative but always a good question to kick around early day.

Significantly, Chele completely flips on her arguments and sides with dolby/endless over a slip she supposedly caught on to.
Ness states Dolby/Chele is an incompatible scum team. Inclined to agree for now.

It seems the claim here is that I never saw the content of what was posted even after the re-read? To explain the surface question, I felt mog and ness more important to clarify because I had stated before I thought they were good points. But to look at some bullet points here:
- I said you ignored Abe's defense of your points. How could you possibly claim I ignored Abe's part of it when you address Abe's defense I hounded you for in the exact same post of you getting after me? Like in order for me to know Abe was making sense there, I'd have to know your original point?
- In the Abe defense reply, you said you didn't believe Abe's point there was significant. But at the same time,
you said your entire thing against Abe was a big part of your post? I'd argue anything that's a reply to something that big to your core post as significant so I'd agree with your later statement but still this is contradictory imo.

You made two posts about the crier post, I made two posts about Ness/the Godfather thing, and the Ness/GF thing is one of Dad's assumptions he makes in that Ness could take the place of say, Dad, in a scum team so that's central to his logic.
Like yea I agree that it isn't as bad as I thought regarding your crier thing, thought it went on longer for some reason, but mine was the exact same length so you're still being hypocritical. And my posts also had other points other than me focusing solely on the Ness thing whereas your two posts did nothing but the crier.
