For egg hunts, the staff hide small pictures of eggs on different places usually somewhere on the forums, where you can find using the clue. Once you find them, you click on it and you receive the event currency.
Although it might not be a picture of an egg this time.

My thoughts so far, in a spoiler, in case anyone wants to hunt solo. (Though anyone hunting solo probably wouldn't be reading all these posts, but just in case...)

First thing I thought of was Spongebob's Flying Dutchman. Perhaps it's hidden in a thread about Spongebob or cartoons in general.

There's also the actual original myth of the Flying Dutchman, which is a ghost ship that's cursed to never get to port, or something like that. Which would be fitting for a Halloween theme.

I thought maybe there was an NPC on the site of Wisp, but I didn't find it, so I guess not. Maybe some other ghost-themed NPC?

I haven't found anything yet, but those are my ideas so far.
