I have had a conversation with a member about Storm, and the fact that he's a supposed "dictator". Let me tell you all that this is a lie. Read the conversation below to get some answers on questions.

It would be wrong to assume that person represented the side correctly much less has the same opinion I do. Anyone who thinks Storm is a dictator does not share my opinion. However, Storm is stubborn and treats the people that help the site like "*CEN-2.0-SORD*".

I was warned by Storm for having a big sig (I had a larger sig but when I changed it to make it smaller he noticed it) I wasn't as upset of the warn as I was that with his "little time" to work on the forums, he chooses to make threads that are basically 1+up threads and warn people.

He then insulted me for 2 hours while I didn't.

We aren't members of the site.

BTW Storm has asked me 3 times to join the committees and to work on the site. (Separate times)

Stubbornness is a character trait and has nothing to do with the topic at hand. We're all a little stubborn sometimes. As for treating people who help the site like *expletive*, I beg to differ. I'm treated perfectly fine. People who set absurd ultimatums are the ones that won't be respected, however.

Read the rules. It clearly mentions a sig limit. Why not abide by it? Besides, warning people isn't really "working", either.

I agree that there arent any people here that are 100% ready for the job but at this point, you guys need all the help you can get, even if they're not 100% what you are looking for, at least give them a chance. A lot of people have big potential here.

Its not the warn, its the principle that he puts his "little time" into warning and making pointless threads.

This is somewhat related.

The falcons last year had the drops. Receivers were dropping the balls left and right. We didn't have a true #1 receiver last year but its hard to catch a ball when you don't know whether the QB is going to run and when he does throw the balls come out like bullets with poor aim.

Yup same thing happened to me. However, I didn't make it smaller because the rules said that if you don't change it to make it smaller the staff will. And he deleted my whole sig and gave me a warn. Nowhere in the rules did it say it would come with a warn.

Actually it was my fault in the rules it says it will be removed and you'll get warned. My mistake.

Okay anyways, I'm not on the "storm is evil" side (just to put that out there). I would do work for TBT and stuff but there is no motivation, okay promotion that's not a big deal and wouldn't motivate me. So there has to be some sort of motivation coughMONEYcough.

from what I know, Prop may be lying, because Storm pmed me and said he was, but Storm doesnt mean it's a fact, so, for one thing, I'd expect Storm to be more honest than prop and this is all stupid anyways, and I don't know anything about this subject so...

This has gotten out of hand. I try my hardest not to lie. I look down on lying when it isn't needed. And I give my word that I haven't lied.

I'm sure a lot of you have gotten the pm that says I lied. I frankly do care whether you believe it or not because I care about what my words means. I think it is highly immature and not leader-like to send a pm to members of TBT telling them that someone lied.

Show me where I lied. Anyone. I give them 1,000 bells if they can show me the post where I lied.

In my mind, quiting is when someone stops working knowing there is work.

See, the problem with all of this is that Forums are meant for talking and stuff, and if peopole want to help make the forum better, then they can.

However, some peopole have taken it into their own hands to say that peopole are forcing them to do work. Why would a Leader force someone to do work? These peopole obviously dont know the definetion of a forum. If you dont wanna work, fine, but dont whine when Leaders are asking for help. Help, or stay out of it. About that Falcons thing, that has no meaning. Storm is not confusing peopole.
