Pretty much, that's it. :3 Run around on the 21st and see if anyone "bings" and if not, talk to a couple and if nobody mentions anyone wanting to move, restart the process. Once someone agrees to move, time travel to their moving date. Then you can start the two days forward, two days back trick from there!

Yes its the way, just make sure to be more careful when you have lots of villagers you like. (I made willow move on accident v.v)

Aw, I'm sorry to hear that. I have 4 villagers I'd be really sad to lose T__T maybe I shouldn't try doing this.
