Thoughts on order forms?

Eh alright, I think some people can be a bit too easily irritated if you forgot like one thing needed for the form or such. But ya I agree it's easier to keep track especially if you want several items/art etc.

I don't mind them as long and they are quick and easy to fill out, and don't take up too much time. Although I do think it can be unnecessary in some cases.

I like using them because I usually import them into a word document or something to keep track of everything just so I don't have to look back at the thread again. As long as they are to the point and ultimately helps you [the one offering the services] out then why not. Also as someone mentioned above, I like to add some password or something so I know they've read everything because it's reallllly annoying when people ask for something you specifically said you do not do no exceptions.
