What kind of 'bigger picture stuff' for the forum? The staff has been saying that for years.

a new domain name, and possibly switching to a new board, but that is in serious discussion right now, so we don't have any big answers for that right now, it's only an idea...and some other stuff =]

They're busy making that other site that was announced back in like November. The site you are currently criticizing isn't in use anymore. That newer site is...but it doesn't seem like any progress is being made with it.
