User title color change, just once?

Once you buy the user title color change, can you change the color of it any time or is it one purchase = one color change?
Just wondering because I've been eyeing it lately.

Unfortunately you only get to change it once. If you want another color you'll have to buy it again.

Yeah, I've kinda been thinking about buying it, but to spend that much TBT to only change the color once seems like a lost cause.
