After god knows how many tickets (probably over 2,000) we finally got the legend himself.

He just looks so cool and is severely underrated as a cranky!

Legit almost had a heart attack and I'm embarrassing this man! Look at his face lol.

Me being bewildered and him not giving af.

I was close to giving up but I persisted and was considering taking Ketchup or Daisy instead but knew that I needed to find him.

I found basically every other villager apart from Cally, absolutely insane.

Today I started island hopping on my second island:

1. Rio - I was going to let her move in but I quit thinking it didn’t save since I skipped through the dialogue too fast and I wanted to take screenshots. Very dumb mistakes on my part and waste of my free NMT.
2. Celia - skip for now
3. Elmer - not interested in at all
4. Gala - not interested in at the moment
5. Freckles - not interested in at all.

That’s all I could do today. Will try again once I get more NMTS .

Hiii, I did two villager hunts recently!

After encountering the back of Maelle's head 5 times and progressively establishing a bitter sense of contempt for that wretched duck...we found Ketchup! Watching the beautiful sky together.

This wasn't even a hunt for Muffy but rather Gigi. It's kinda funny though as my game was actually on Wilbur's text for about half an hour while I made some food; Muffy probably had enough time to do a few laps around the island, as evident by the fact that she wasn't even near the campfire when I found her. I've warmed to Muffy recently so I decided to take her.

I'm gonna go island hopping tomorrow. I want a female villager so my island population has an equal ratio of male and female villagers. I don't have a specific villager in mind, but rather several. I'll be cool with...

Well, after hundreds of tickets, I found my villager! But keep reading because it's unexpected. Somehow I got some pretty good rolls (IMO) and encountered, among others...

Eventually, I found Melba on a Mystery Island. Even though she wasn't on my list of desired villagers, I couldn't resist inviting her to stay in Westward. She's just so stinking adorable, and I think it would be cool if my island had a resident koala! So now she'll be moving in soon.

I also learned a bunch of DIY recipes, including one for a hanging terrarium. I always overlook the villager's letters in bottles, but today I'm pretty sure Toby, who had recently moved out, wrote the recipe. I'm glad to see that he's enjoying himself somewhere and that I got to hear from him.

I remade my cat island back in December and villager hunted all my cats.
Raymond took a staggering 6 days and 2259 tickets to find. Overall all 10 cats combined took over 4500 tickets.

So far I found Biance twice on my hunt for Klaus today! She is another favorite of mine thoguh and is super cute, but I need a smug and also he fits the theme of my island I have going on!

1. Harry - no. I had him in New Leaf and I don’t really want him again anytime soon; he was just okay.
2. Frita - very tempted. She’s my favorite sisterly and sheep. I love her design so much too. Skipping for now.

4. Paula - big no. I had her in New Leaf and didn’t like her.
5. Pango - pass
6. Norma - not interested.
7. Sprinkles - already had her so skip.
8. Deena - not interested.

11. Curlos - I’m kinda interested in him, but am going to pass for now.
12. Felicity - I invited her . I’ve been interested in her since New Leaf. She’ll be my seventh cat on my island (not counting the ones who were on my island in the past).

Yesterday was my second day on my new island. As always, I went villagers hunt to get my favourites: I need them as soon as possible to avoid kicking villagers later and I consider difficult to find a specific villager if there are all personalities. Second day, I can just find normal, peppy and lazy villagers so it's important for me to hunt them early.

I'm planning to build a fairycore island, but I'm not a fan of fairycore villagers so let's just find (try to) cottagecore villagers because they are soooo cute!

I did this hunt during eight hours if no more. I was looking for Weber the lazy duck, Dotty the peppy rabbit (but Felicity and Merry should work too) and I'll welcome three normal villagers (Poppy, Melba and Ellie), however I was just looking for Poppy because later it'll be hard to meet her.

Some comments about this hunt:
1. I've encountered koalas numerous times, especially Melba. Too bad I was not looking for her at the moment.
2. 170 if no more tickets spent between two elephants. I've met Margie all the time, not even Ellie even if they're pretty "common" compared to squirrels where they are six.
3. I met ostrichs maybe two times while hunting. 304 tickets later, no ostrich even if I wasn't looking for them, but imagine that luck with the villager I was looking for! Same for horses.
4. Sometimes meeting two times in a row a villager is annoying and strange. 6 birds in 12 tickets as well, knowing I met none of them previously.
5. I'm not sure about the probabilities given numerous times on the Internet. Some encounters are so bizarre!

And then, the list. To be frank, I missed a villager so the list tells 303 encounters, but my tickets tell 304.

Wade decided he wanted to move so, I am hoping to plan to get some nook tickets to find someone should be tomorrow.
But I do remember last time I villager hunted, and Norma was just everywhere, and it was starting to get fustrating seeing her ALL the time.

I had Mitzi move out (I was hoping to have Julia move out first though), so it’s time to do some island hopping again .

1. Hugh - I’m not interested in him, so pass.
2. Clay - I’m not interested in him either atm, so pass.
3. Judy - I had her already, though I was very tempted to invite her again since I enjoyed having her a lot. I have her amiibo card though. I rather invite someone who I didn’t have on my island yet. Pass for now.
4. Savannah - I’m not interested in her; I’m more interested in her than I was interested in Hugh though.
5. Rodeo - I’m not interested in him either, so pass.
6. Rex - no. I’m not interested in or like any of the lions. Skip.
7. Velma - no. I’m not interested in any of the goats except maybe Billy and Sherb, who I already had.

1. Ellie - I’m a little tempted since she is kinda cute, but I want to island hop a bit more.
2. Hamlet - pass. I had him in New Leaf and I’m not interested in having him again right now.
