It's currently the main tier list tbt uses and the only on that is updating ever now and again.

just started playing and saw lucky in Main Street marshal boxed and left ( when I was without this forum ) I have Tia, fauna, and coco. A totally destroyed and extremely unoriginal first villager Astrid. Paula not sure about her. Poppy left sadly ;-;. Chrissy just moving in a few days later. Shep just moving in after Chrissy. A totally annoying sparro I'll be giving away for free when he's boxed. And that's it

It'll probably never be stickied because a villager popularity guide is something that requires updates, and they have to be somewhat often. However, if you remember or ever knew about Houndoomed's popularity guide, you'll see why. Houndoomed could no longer update the original guide, and it had to be removed. The mods probably just don't see a point in putting a sticky on something that requires maintenance, in a sense, that cannot always be performed. It's likely that this guide will also "die off" one day, and either have to be passed on to someone else, or a new one will have to be made.

What? I don't base my tier list off of /r/AMV. This is all just from TBT and the Villager trading plaza.
