Vladimir pinged me today and is moving out on March 14th. He still has his original shirt and catchphrase, but I think his house might have some new furniture.
I hope someone out there is willing to give him a new home. I currently have 10 villagers, but if you have a villager that is moving out after the 14th, let me know because I want to replace him.
