Why does this look like it's going to be pokemon?Good news! The Crystal Ballers and Buzzy Bees cabins have both found statue pieces in their locations and will receive their stamp, reaction, and backdrop!
The Crystal Ballers cabin has found a giant talon piece in the Mountain!
The Buzzy Bees cabin has found a giant oarfish body piece in the Ocean!
We now have at least one piece on each of the three statue sections!
Good work Crystal Ballers and Buzzy Bees! You will now be able to pick up your unlocked backdrops from the shop and your reactions are already ready to use. We still look forward to seeing what The Melon Ballers will find in the Mountain!
@Jeremy can you do that glowy border username thing the trees backdrop has for the other ones too? it'd do wonders to make them all more legible. thanks
(also, maybe change the mountain backdrop text color too. at the very least, the night version of the backdrop blends the text in far too much imo)
also, while I have your attention, if I wait until (near) the end of the event to grab the watery backdrop, will I have it until the 14 days are up post-event or nah?

Hello! You would get assigned to a cabin by the staff, and you happened to have joined The Melon Ballers!
If you haven’t already done so, I recommend that you check The Melon Ballers Cabin as your first starting point — especially the first thread to familiarize yourself with your teammates! You have until August 15 to claim your Mountain tokens (events can be found here), so there’s still some time left.
After that, we’ll be moving to a different location. Come on in and join us on the fun!

Just to confirm, we don’t have to use the location tokens before we leave that location, right? For instance, we’re in the mountains and I have mountain tokens. I can still redeem them later after our cabin leaves the mountains and are in another location?

As things currently stand, some of the cabins aren't fully utilising their right to vote, so if you've time today please go through the event threads in your current location board (Mountains, Woodlands, or Ocean) and vote for the entries you like best! The top three entries per cabin per event will take home 8 additional location tokens and the top most-liked entry per cabin will receive a Rainbow Jellyfish collectible. This means that if you are in a location occupied by multiple cabins that only votes for your own cabinmates will be counted - but you're still welcome to show your rival cabin some support too without influencing their winners outcome!
Make the most of this final day in your current location, because you will not be able to return to it after moving to the next one.
